  • Great price, Great bike!
Color: Blues Style: With Mirror
Very nice bike! So I started looking for a bike for my better half. I already have a Trek electric bike. And I love it. But she’s just starting out so I figured I just get something a little less expensive before we started spending bigger money. I looked at the reviews and this seemed to be OK. Well, worth the price. Easy to assemble. She’s been writing it now for the last three weeks with no issues. Seems like it’s very good quality. Very happy with the bike. If you’re thinking about this bike and you’re not quite sure do not hesitate. It’s a great price for a very good bike. ... show more

  • Still getting used to this (my first) e-bike, my rating may change.
Color: Whites Style: Standard
My bike arrived earlier than it's projected delivery date in what I can only call a redicoulously well packaged box. Have a good pair of scissors and a box gutter for all the zip ties. I have plenty experience working on bikes so the included manual and tools were all I needed. That said, I can understand that some people, spending a decent chunk of change on this bike may be inexperienced in bike putting together so I'm going to offer some advice. 1) Look at your bike as if you were already riding it. Your left hand is the left side of the bike. 2) Pedal installation, the part of each pedal that threads into the crank is marked L and R on the threaded end of each pedal. Put the pedal marked L on the crank on the left side of the bike, R on the right. On both of the pedals you must thread them on by turning them towards the front of the bike. This ensures both pedals are always pushed towards tighten as you pedal. 3) The tail light only works with the bike powered on, the headlight works if the bike is not powered up also. If you are not aware you could leave the headlight on and drain your battery. 4) This is a heavy bike, much heavier than a regular bike, I doubt anyone would enjoy pedaling home with a dead battery. Just be aware. I am 60 years old and have already had difficulty getting up the four steps to my front door. I'm sure I will figure that issue out though. 5) Having someone to lift the front of the bike while you install the front tire is a big help. 6) You may have to disconnect the headlight and straighten the wire in order for it to make it to the mounting place. I had to on mine. 7) The computer on the bike says the bike is traveling at 25mph but I'm not really convinced it is accurate. I have to check it against a GPS app. 8) That's about all the wisdom I got at this point. It was not a difficult put together at all. The bike is peppy, zippy even. Looks good, I even found the seat comfortable and it matched the hand grip to boot. I am pretty sure I will be upgrading the tires sooner than later but I do that with a lot of new bikes. If any of this info helps even one person I am happy I spent the time to write it. Happy New Year! ... show more

  • It's a powerful bike, fun to ride. Heavier than a normal bike. Seems well built
Color: Whites Style: Standard
It's a nice bike. First thing I did was get a bigger seat. The skinny seat it comes with isn't comfortable for me. The bike is fun to ride, with plenty of electric power when you need it. I weigh 180lbs and the bike pulls me up a hill with little effort. It's easy to pedal, well built, and heavier than a regular bike. The lights, front and area, are bright for nightime usage if needed. My only complaint is the rear 7 speed gears are out of alignment. I can adjust that with a little help from Google. Very happy with the purchase. Also, the battery lasts a very long time. ... show more

  • Good quality
Color: Blues Style: Standard
Love my bike! The quality is amazing and holds a charge for long rides. Also it is not too heavy - which was important to me. I also love the “leather” handles. It seems much more of an expensive bike. The color is perfection. Amazing price for such good quality. We researched a lot of e-bikes in this price range. I would recommend. 💙 ... show more

  • The Engineering and Build is World Class!
Color: Blacks Style: Standard
I'm 76 and I've been riding bikes since I was a kid. I've owned pretty much every brand that was worth its salt, and in the 1990s I bought my first and only Specialized Bike - a HardRock Comp FS. I still ride it to this day. In 2018 I bought a Lectric XP V1 and put about 9000 miles on it. I sold it recently to buy a pair of ebikes, one for me and one for my wife. I chose the VEFREEDOM VELECTRIC 26" step through - a black one for me and a white one for my #bestie. It took me about two hours each to get them out of the box and running. They were very easy to put together using the helpful YouTube video. What surprised me was the quality of the engineering! This is a well-engineered, well-built bike. Compared to a Chinese-made bike of the 90s era, it's like night and day. All the parts I needed were included. Screws were stainless steel and threads were perfectly cut. Each piece fit and bolted down on the first try. You'll need a bit of help when you mount the front wheel. I have a winch in my garage and used it to lift and lower the front forks onto the wheel. It's about 10 pounds lighter than my Lectric XP, and taking out the battery reduces the weight enough to make it liftable, even for an old coot like me. I wasn't sure about the stock saddle, since it had the "women's" shape, but it worked fine, and make for a comfortable ride. I've put about 50 miles worth of testing on each bike and haven't had any problems. 50 miles using PAS 1 drew the battery down to about half. I had an old 4X6 trailer to which I added some enhancements to tow the bikes with our Kia Sportage Hybrid. We are very happy with the purchase and would recommend this particular model to anyone starting their ebike journey. ... show more
