UPDATE! I just received my second bike, and most everything was received in perfect condition, except it came with a defective throttle, so now I am just waiting to see if the seller responds. I WOULD LIKE TO GO FOR A BIKE RIDE! WAYYYY more than enough power. Scary fast! Built sturdy, however, seat is a rock - it comes with fake coil springs. (seriously - they are a plastic casting designed to imitate a seat spring! my guess is the seat costs the manufacturer about one dollar. you will need to buy a new one, posssibly along with a spring seat stem. forget the 21 speed shimano - at top speed, it is not fast enough to keep up with the bike - maybe the 7 speed would be better?? ... show more

Do not buy this bike. Cheaply made. Doesn't get the advertised battery life, por quality. After just 2 months the bag and seat need replacement just from nor.al occasional use. It only goes about 20 miles between charges. Support is a total disaster. They stopped even responding to my texts after working with the to try to resolve the battery issues for 2 months. I’ll do a pros and cons for my review… Pros: - Delivery was fast and earlier than expected - Dual motor works great! - Bike quality is very good. - Fast! I’ve gotten to max speed 38mph - It comes with a phone holder and bag! - Single and Dual Motor modes work great! Cons: - Took a while to figure out how to get the front wheel on with washers, no clear instruction in manual. - Rear fender rubbed against tire until I bent it upwards to solve that problem. - Throttle for motors is a switch next to handle bar grip. Would be better if the throttle was built into handle bar grip. - The 21 speed gear shift is TERRIBLE. This was a bad idea. Should change to a 7 speed! - Pedal assist mode is poor. Mainly due to the bad quality of the 21 speed gearshift. - Headlight is big and looks very nice but it could definitely be a little brighter. - You’ll definitely have to buy a new seat as this one is uncomfortable after riding a while ... show more

Very torquey bike, I would recommend to anyone that wants a fast bike. My only issue is the battery time for it to charge. Takes about 9 hours. I would recommend that you buy another battery. My bike goes around 47 mph.

This has great power and though it only has front suspension it’s actually smoother than my other 3 e-bikes, some with back and front suspension. The service is so good I call it sweet! I haven’t even got to the point where it quits accelerating and I’m at 36 mph. I believe it will go 45. It leaves rubber several times per ride. It also has two manuals one just for the settings!
