This bike is great. The instructions and support however are crap. The instructions don’t explain how to put the bike together very well at all but you can figure it out. The harder part is finding the default lock code for the bike (6666) which you will need to get the bike going as the included nfc keys don’t do anything. Support page will take your message and who ever gets those seems to be on vacation. The bike’s front fork also arrived frozen and needed a couple of rides to jostle loose but once it did it made a huge difference in ride quality. Bike is built pretty solid without being super heavyweight. Once unlocked the bike will go just about 30mph with a 170lbs rider. ... show more

I purchased the K6S and it is not what they advertised, come to find out. I got the first batch that doesn’t come with the full twist throttle and it’s very slow even unlocked. There’s no way that this bike peaks at 3000 W as claimed and no where near 190-160 NMOT. there is no pedal assist so the 120 mile passive mode means nothing. The battery connection to the frame is very weak and there’s bike barely does 28 miles an hour. And the voltage drop is huge!!!! Big disappointment. Beware would not recommend. I reached out. They gave me every excuse in the book.🤔 ... show more
