    • Sticky buttons, broken trigger, analog stick drift (updated)
Product feels great in the hands and is good enough for a while. Not even a year later and a spring audibly broke inside the right trigger, and it feels limp. The left analog stick frequently drifts downward, even when sitting untouched on a desk. The face buttons can stick, which makes tapping them rapidly difficult at times. Additionally, the sticks do not offer much grip, so you will have to readjust your thumb quite often. The D-pad feels pretty poor and sometimes I don't think it registers presses. The bumpers feel a little rattle-y. These are all issues I experienced with very light use, as I mostly use M+KB and keep the controller for a few games. edit: Ten days after emailing PDP's customer service about my issue, I have received a replacement product. It looks like they replaced this item with the updated 2021 model. So I will give them a little bit of a higher score for very polite and speedy customer service. The only visual difference I see is that the PDP logo has changed design and location, and there's a new button between Start and Menu, presumably the Share button that connects to the PDP software. They advertise that the new controller model has an improved silicon membrane, so hopefully the face buttons do not stick over time. In terms of feel + The bumpers are much more crisp and clicky, not as rattley + The texture on the analog sticks feels better and has more hold + The XYBA buttons have a harder and more bouncy feel - The D-pad feels worse than the old model, harder to press and less bouncy - The triggers feel slightly scratchy All of these are of course subject to change as I break it in, as I am comparing a brand new controller to something that was lightly used for about 9 months.     • Controller doesn't work on computer
The D-Pad are the only buttons that register. It's clear the controller is connected, but it doesn't work. Product is garbage. Buy anything else.
