If you’re looking for a work from home headset for calls, this is the one. I’d say it performs about the same as a MUCH more expensive headset. The software I use for calls is more an issue. Also, this directional mic is BEAUTIFUL for working in semi-noisy environments. I’ve bought the PS and XBox versions, and I think the Xbox version only has acoustic echo cancellation. Regardless, I’ve bought and returned a zillion other headsets made in China with all these cute LEDs, but this is hands down the best performance headset for your money. If you’re just gaming and you prioritize reliability and performance, this is the headset. This product is probably the best intersection of headset quality and price point on the market right now. I could be wrong but this is DEFINITELY up there. Also get LVL50. LVL40 is more budget type and I’m sure LVL30 is great, but with the noise cancellation splurging on the LVL50 would be comparable to a $150 gaming headset. The media could not be loaded. I’d say these are the best headsets I’ve gotten for the price, it comes with all the luxuries features that every gamer loves. I work from home and am a gamer(playing Wow since 2008). This headset is the best! I have small ears so with them fitting a bit snug is perfect. I can hear my clients very clear and have had no issues at all with them. I bought them to be a backup for the 1st lvl50 wired headset I bought from Walmart and I actually prefer these bcuz they fit around my ears better. ... show more

    • The plug does not go all the way in so I only get sound out of left side.

For the amount of money I paid for these they are useless. I can not get the plug all the way in so all I get is sound in the left ear. I would like to get these exchanged or my money back for a new set.

This was a birthday present for my son, I thought I was upgrading him from his cheaper headset. His friends noticed right away that he had changed headsets because the sound quality of the microphone was so bad. He sounded crackly and far away. Bought on an upset impulse at my crappy mic. Used right out of the box, and immediately heard and felt better. Noise cancelling, mute when you turn the mic all the way up to the ear, and comfortable for the 3hrs I played. Highly recommend.
