Attached these to the back of a bookcase hidden door in my sons room to decorate with photos. Used a light coating of clear spray adhesive on door and cork boards. Stuck instantly and very secure. A bit expensive but they are thick and of good quality.

A thick cork sheet delivered quickly in sturdy cardboard box. I purchased the 1/2 inch sheet with adhesive and the method provided is 6 adhesive strips for me to attach, not an adhesive backing/coating on the cork. It attaches ok to the wall but doesn't sit flat like it would with adhesive backing so I can't recommend unless this suits your needs. If I had known it had no adhesive backing I would not have purchased the with adhesive option. ... show more

I bought this 1/2 inch cork to serve as a sound barrier in my bedroom window because my next door neighbor installed a noisy heater/air conditioner outdoor unit about 10 feet from my window. The cork is easy to cut down to size with just a kitchen knife. It came with sticky clear adhesive that I hope will stick a long time. The adhesive comes in strips and can be stretched to fit the surface. I am happy that I can finally get a good night's sleep with this product. Thank you! ... show more

First sight review. Looks good., as described. Well formed. It is 1" thick, the thickness was going to be my concern but no more. I need to determine how to mount it to the wall under the Dart Panel, too bad there wasn't some sort of mounting clips. Cons: Not a product Con, this was a UPS Delivery and the Delivery was transferred to a secondary delivery service, the Driver couldn't read the deliver instructions and I don't mean the instructions were not readable, I mean they didn't read the delivery instructions. I put in delivery instructions for a reason and the items were left in the direct hot sun, not good ! 06/04/21 - UpDate I am glad I have this Cork Board under the Dart Cabinet, I would have had a few holes in the Wood I just installed without it. The darts don't go all the way through it and it protect the wall behind it. I would buy this again and maybe two to increase the area of protection. A great product ! ... show more

I used the cork at the end of my hallway, make sure you cut with a straight edge and very sharp tool. The cork can be a little crumbly where you are cutting. I used spay adhesive instead of the tape adhesive provided.
