0 stars if I could. The wire is not attached to anything inside the spindle. So it wouldn’t spin and wouldn’t reel back in. Nothing to attach it to inside the spindle either. Didn’t work!

As a household that has a family full of thick, curly haired people, we have more than our fair share of drain clogs and this thing is wonderful to have on hand. So we don't always have to get one of those foaming things or borrow the snake from our neighbor. It is super easy to use. You don't have to be a plumber to figure out how this works. And since nothing about it is really bulky, it's easy to store right under the sink in the bathroom where you'll probably be using it the most.
