I’ve had feet pain for years. Was healing pretty well after a foot surgery and I started walking barefoot too much and my plantar fasciitis, especially my non- surgery foot, flared up so bad!! It’s been 2 months of hobbling around. Burning heel pain that usually is so bad by the end of the day, I just can’t function. I have a fairly active job, so usually I come home with about 8,000 steps and honestly can barely move at that point. Fast forward to today. My Powersteps with the heel cups from my podiatrist were falling apart (and still constant foot pain, even with those adaptations). Today was moving day and I was dreading it because I knew my feet would give out half way through the work being done. I had ordered these inserts and they arrived in time to try them for moving day. Now here we are, 10 hours and16,000 steps later and my feet didn’t give up!! They are sore and tired but not dead. I was so pleasantly surprised as I just kept moving throughout the day, that my heel pain was pretty much gone and I was still able to walk fairly normally - not wincing and limping in major pain at each step.
