This company stands by their service. The first one of these hair steam machines came without a cap for the water overflow spout. I called and spoke to a nice lady who advised me to email the details. I emailed the company and was helped within 24 hours. They sent me a mail return voucher and I sent back the faulty machine. Within a week, I received a brand new machine and it works great!! Very happy with the appliance and the customer service of this company!! ... show more
