I do not have a dog, but I have a bird feeder and enjoy the little songbirds. However - pigeons had taken over the feeder no matter what type I used. I wanted a way to feed the little birds without pigeons. I looked at large bird cages but they are designed to keep birds in so that would not work and most were too small to hang a large feeder. So I purchased the kennel. It is large enough to hang a big feeder on a pole inside. The little birds can get in and the pigeons don't come because there is no food for them. The cover provides shade so the little birds don't come onto my patio when it gets hot which was a bonus I wasn't expecting. We needed way for our cats to be outside in our winter home as all animals must be on a leash. This is perfect. We put at tower in the middle and they love sitting on it and watching everything going on! I think we plan on buying a few more planets to give them a bit more space.     • if you have 2 Cats get a wider cage.
Using this as a Cation on front porch. I wish I would of gotten wider size now (I got 4x4x6) It's too cramped. It's hard to get it square, and the clamps have to be tightened often. This would not be a good cage for a dog, not at all. Too flimsy.

This kennel is heavy duty and perfect for our needs. It does not have a bottom, which we knew ahead of time and is not an issue for us. It takes two people to assemble, but can be done in a relatively short amount of time. Great purchase!

It is perfect for my dog I did however have to have more pieces shipped to me but it was still missing pieces after that but I figured out a way to assemble that's why it has a 3 star assembly review

The media could not be loaded. Was going to use for an indoor kennel for our 65 lb dog. I do not recommend for large breeds. This is too flemsy. She would easily knock it over if she wanted to. I do not feel it is safe enough for a big dog. Although plenty of room, needs to be a heavier material. Even if we put down a rubber flooring for her, the front and back do not lock tight, they flex. ... show more

    • Roof Tarp is to small
Can't use this for what I purchased it for, the Gray tarp that covers the top is to small, it doesn't hang down over the sides as the picture shows, it barely covers the top, it needs to be larger.

Easy to build only issue was I build it inside the house n had to take it apart to rebuild it outside in order for it to fit out the door
