Kennel is stable and easy to set up. Was so excited for this product until we set it up and we're missing screws to the swivel food door. Which ultimately, my frenchies are small enough to fit through. So now I have to go and find screws and nuts to secure the feeding door. Other than that, seems like a decent kennel. ****UPDATE**** After leaving my initial review, Willow from PawHut reached out to me immediately and was amazing in offering multiple solutions. I ended up choosing the option for them to send out the exact hardware needed to completely finish the setup, which meant I did not have to go find the screws and nuts myself. I was extremely happy with how Willow assisted me, and the hardware is on it's way. Thank you, PawHut. Customer service was above and beyond! ... show more

Had high hopes as the kennel looked good after assembly, found that the locking pin for the rotating door was missing, contacted vendor and they sent a full replacement panel, and that was also missing the locking pin. The lock on the gate has already broke after 2 weeks and several parts of the grid have been pulled by the dog and welds have broken. If it was not such a hassle to disassemble and repackage would return this, but all of the options do not look any better. ... show more

I'm a 66 year old woman with a not so great back, but I was able to put it up by myself in about 2.5 hrs. We're getting rain and wind tonight so we'll see how it holds up. Nice looking. The only thing I would change is that I have to scrunch down to get inside, but I can stand up once inside with the tarp installed. I already had the plastic floor and dog house. ... show more

I bought this dog kennel because of the overall great reviews, and while the quality is good and the assembly is easy for most parts, the roof is a major problem. I’m 100% sure I assembled everything correctly, but the roof panels do not go into the holes on the walls where they’re supposed to attach. There’s also no mechanism to secure the roof to the base or walls, so the entire roof just rests loosely on top. As you can see from the picture, it simply doesn’t line up with the holes. It’s a bad design. Sure, putting the tarp on top helps keep the roof in place, but the structure should work on its own without depending on the tarp. If used for an active dog you should properly anchor it to the ground. I am using this kennel to give my tortoises a safe space to spend the night outdoors for summer time (still working in this enclosure) Super easy to put together.
