We bought this for our new puppy; she is 5 months and weighs 28 lbs. She was digging and eating sticks, rocks AC pipes and wires. We hated to place her in prison however this spacious Kennel fit the safety need for sure. We are keeping her safe & she cannot eat this kennel or move it around. It took about an hour to put together, there were no imperfections in the metal, no missing pieces or parts. It is very durable and strong & it is level on our cement patio. We may add an extra bolt to the feeding opening because we have a future escape artist. The kennel tarp/roof installs easily, is thick, well-made and very durable for the outdoor elements. Had high hopes as the kennel looked good after assembly, found that the locking pin for the rotating door was missing, contacted vendor and they sent a full replacement panel, and that was also missing the locking pin. The lock on the gate has already broke after 2 weeks and several parts of the grid have been pulled by the dog and welds have broken. If it was not such a hassle to disassemble and repackage would return this, but all of the options do not look any better. ... show more

Kennel is stable and easy to set up. Was so excited for this product until we set it up and we're missing screws to the swivel food door. Which ultimately, my frenchies are small enough to fit through. So now I have to go and find screws and nuts to secure the feeding door. Other than that, seems like a decent kennel. ****UPDATE**** After leaving my initial review, Willow from PawHut reached out to me immediately and was amazing in offering multiple solutions. I ended up choosing the option for them to send out the exact hardware needed to completely finish the setup, which meant I did not have to go find the screws and nuts myself. I was extremely happy with how Willow assisted me, and the hardware is on it's way. Thank you, PawHut. Customer service was above and beyond! ... show more

    • Great for Recovery from Surgery
This works great! We set it up in our living room without the cover as a surgical recovery suite for my dog (around 50 pound springer) that had a total hip replacement. We removed some panels and use it as his regular crate now - I think he has more room to move around and is more comfortable .

Going to be honest here. I really wanted this to be better than it is. I have 5 puppies in here and it’s been a nightmare with the swivel feeder. They’ve broken the feeder every way you can think of. Luckily I have a camera and have been able to see all 4 times they’ve broken and escaped from it. I’ve only had this up a few days and it’s already got zip ties all over the feeder door. It’s completely broken. I would recommend not getting the swivel door if you have puppies. It’s only served as an escape hatch. ... show more
