2 stars because the piano is adorable and my daughter still loves it! However, I was quite disappointed when I realized it wasn’t a real piano sound but instead a xylophone! I may have misread the item description but I didn’t realize it wasn’t a true piano sound. It’s definitely off key and quality is really cheap. My 2 year old is very careful and just by her sitting on the bench and playing, the legs of the bench are wobbly non stop. My husband glued the legs to both the bench and piano since they kept coming loose, so hopefully it’ll be better now. If I knew this is what it was, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. I have read the reviews before purchasing this product. Some of the reviews had me think twice about purchasing this product. They said it come broken. Mine was in perfect condition. They mentioned the sound quality. I have to agree with that. The keys are a little off. But my 2yr old granddaughter Loves it. She playes with it like she knows what she is doing. Very cute BUT the first piano I received was defective multiple keys did not work. When i contacted the company they sent out a second piano. It was also defective and had keys that didn't work and one that had a hole in it. The keys that did play sounded nice and the piano is beautiful but the product quality was not good.
