UPDATE 9/2023: After leaving my review below I was pleasantly surprised that the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement clippers. No strings attached to change my review, and I wanted to wait until I had used the clippers a handful of times to see if they actually were good and would last longer than the previous ones. And they have exceeded my expectations. They work just as well as the first set, hold a very long charge, and they have held up through several haircuts with all of my pets. The product alone is less expensive than a single grooming session for each pet. Highly recommend!! This has been such a game changer! We have two giant bree dogs and two Siberian forest cats. Having the ability to blow dry our dogs when they come in from the rain has been a game changer and being ble to brush our cats out and not have fine whispu hair everywhere has been awesome. I LOVED the clippers at first. I used them to trim up the cats bellies to keep them from getting matted. Unfortunately after only 3 trims (which the clippers impressively lasted battery wise for all 3 trims.. maybe 15 min each time) The clippers died. They would have but the motor burnt out. Ive searched and tried to replace just the clipper but it doesn't seem to be an option, and I've tried several trimmers since and none work as well as these did ... show more

I purchased the grooming kit to assist with needs of my 2 great Pyrenees and 1 lab. I feared the suction with the vacuum feature would lose suction quickly with the amount of hair my dogs produce. Not only does it keep the suction, it also dries them much quicker than my blow dryer (a lot quicker). I used the suggestion of leaving the kit out to let the dogs smell it for a few days. I also only used it a brief time at first. They are used to the sound and 2 of the 3 look forward to their "daily" brushing after their afternoon walk. The third still needs some convincing, but the all have different personalities. Needless to say the purchase is a success. ... show more

Love all the attachments!!! So many to choose from! Very easy to break down and clean! A breeze … just twist and click! Performs well enough for grooming of a small dog, but holding area (dust cup) may fill quicker with a bigger hairier dog. Vacuum suction not to strong for normal use, but good enough to quickly suck up loose hair around your grooming area. Only complaint is noise level… a little loud but that’s on the highest setting , but that’s to be expected and it’s something you can adjust . Overall an awesome purchase and now I can do a better job of keeping my shihtzu groomed… only problem is now that’s I’m always keeping her cut short she needs a sweater… hahaha!!! ... show more

I pay estimate of $100 for the groomer every 3 months , I decided if it work I will save money in the long term. First try it did not disappoint! I used the two brushes and shaver with 2 safety attachments. Seemed sturdy and held up! Zero mess and I used it in my living room. A little louder than i hoped since my dog is afraid of the evil vacuum. I had to to put on couple of times and blow the air so he can get comfortble Now he comes to it after a shower automatically and does not run from it .- so they safety’s did an amazing job at making sure that her cut was even regardless of our awkward cut and cuddle situation (after photos attached). Haven’t used the paw pad trimmers or nail file yet - but if it works as well as everything else this thing will save me hundreds! Also - My brotherhad bought a more expensive dog grooming tool but different brand like this one on Amazon (for her shedding dog) and my brushes for this one actually picked up more fur for my non shedding dog than her brushes picked up for her shedding one. It was super well packaged, everything was securely packed with lots of reinforcements for added protection and came with a stand AND bag for convenient storage. 10/10 so far - hope it holds up over time. ... show more

It has the total package to groom my dog in between professional grooming except for the scissors. Combination vacuum and dryer is fantastic. My dog is a little skittish regarding noise but it has a long cord an hose to place machine pretty far away and still use vacuum or dryer. The electric shears are quiet and charge last quite a long time. I would definitely recommend purchasing and gradually introduce your pet to it. The brush attachments can be used without hose too. This little vacuum- dryer is a life saver. I have 2 Siberian huskies and this thing works great is super light to carry noise is not bad my dogs seems to tolerate after a few min but overall super happy with this product can’t beat the price
