The price of the groomer keeps going up. I decided to try this grooming kit because of a recommendation. First thing I liked is that it is not noisy. There are 3 speeds so keeping it on the lowest, it was pretty quiet so my dog, Lilly was not scared. This is so easy to use that I didn’t need to read all of the directions, which are simple in the way they are written. The canister sits nicely in a tray which holds most of the grooming items. Easy to store and to use. Whenever I have attempted to groom Lilly, I cut her hair before the bath. The picture of her back shows how even it cut. The clippers gave a very even cut and the hair went directly into the canister. I am very impressed that no hair was on the floor. I have tried to groom my dog before and ended up with hair all over the room and me! I have never been happy with my “home” grooming no matter how many videos I watch. Until now! This grooming kit makes it so easy, quick and no mess! It pays for itself after a few groomings. I like the convenience of having it in the house to use whenever I want. I don’t need to make an appointment weeks in advance, drop her off and pick her up. I can use this anytime, any day and get great results! My daughter uses this to groom our dogs and rabbit. They animals love being brushed with this. It is very quiet so they do not get scared with it. Clean up is easy.

Where has this been my whole life? No more being covered in dog hair after brushing. Hair goes right into the hose instead of on me or the floor. I always put off brushing because I got covered in hair and the house. I will brush way more often now! Very quiet and worked well on the low and medium setting. The media could not be loaded. One of the best investments I have ever made. In the past, I was taking my dog to the groomer every six weeks and he absolutely hated it. Now, I can groom him as often as I please, in the convenience of my own home. Not only am I saving time and money, but this appears to be much less stressful on him as well. If you have a pet that sheds or requires frequent grooming, then I highly recommend this product. I kept this thinking I would keep trying, but should have returned after the first use The clipper/tubing connection piece that clips into the main vacuum unit does not stay connected. It is constantly turning off and having to get it jiggled just right to connect, then try to turn on again. Will be throwing in the garbage! ... show more
