***UPDATE*** Since the review Pautix have reached out and we have resolved the issues with the lights and they offered an upgraded set to get my project working. Now that we have found a working way to communicate they have done everything they could to resolve the issues including getting me to return the original item to them to troubleshoot the issues. Some teething problems but overall once we worked out emails werent being received they have done everything they can to solve the issues. *** The lights worked great for a few days then started to have issues with the lights coming on without the control being used. Did some basic troubleshooting and reached out to Pautix. Initially they were very quick responding but then went days with no response, kept resending email and am now going on a couple of weeks without getting any further in fixing the issues.

I love cooking but my kitchen is small with dark cupboards and gloomy worktops - I rent so I can’t do what I want and pull it all out - this was easy to place under the cupboards and when I plugged it in - oh my, the whole kitchen looks different, neater, cleaner, better. YAY!

Wrong adapter included in the box. This looks like a Chinese adapter head. This will not work in North America. This seems to be a mistake, whether of yours adapters have North American heads.

These strip lights work great for my purpose. I wanted a border around a projector screen and it turned out perfectly. The lights stick very well after removing the film and bend around corners easily as shown. They can be cut to length without any issue and have multiple brightness settings via the included remote. I had wished for a USB power plug so I can have a vertical plug that was flatter but the included plug is fine. They put off a slight amount of heat which is expected. Overall, great lights that are easy to install and use.

These are great for under cabinet lights. It can cut and splice very easily. These kits allow for all of the cabinets to be hooked up. I even had enough to put strips on the tops for more accent lighting. I used a 2nd controller for those to light up separately.
