As soon as I opened the bottle I knew this was not the product I ordered even though it was packaged that way. Color, texture and scent were all off - color especially noticeable when I dumped into dispenser that had same product in it, and not same consistency as every other bottle I'd ordered previously from another supplier. I have been using Paul Mitchell products for over 25 years and this particular Spring Loaded for curls rinse out conditioner for about 14 years and I love the way (combined with other leave in products) that my curls look and feel after washing and using this conditioner. The thing about Paul Mitchell is you either love it or hate it depending on your hair type. I’ve noticed if your hair is medium to coarse you’re more likely to love Paul Mitchell products. I love this conditioner! I have very thick hair and I only need to use a small amount- a little goes a long way with this stuff. It INSTANTLY detangles. It's almost magic at detangling. I haven't had any other conditioner that does a job like this with a small amount of product. While it does make my hair soft and shiny, it doesn't make my hair completely frizz freefree.
