Works well but it is definitely stronger than the ones on chewy. So anyone buying this please try on your arm before putting it on the dog, I also have the rubber guards on and the lower settings were still pretty strong. Obviously setting are variable depending on the dog but just somthing to keep in mind. Packaging also says not waterproof, but is shown to be waterproof so also take that into consideration, I am unsure if the instructions were talking about the colars or the remote. I have gotten these same dog collars off of chewy, and they were In fact, waterproof. my dogs had been swimming in them multiple times I just lost them the remote and needed another pair of collars. They seemed to be exactly the same in quality so I am assuming the instructions we're implying that the remote is not waterproof. They are easy to adjust and have a breakaway function for removal. My dogs don't seem to mind them so they seem pretty comfortable and have a sleek appearance to them. Vibration levels are fine no complaints there may startle your dog at first but thats what its for to discourage unwanted behaviors so no complaints there. ... show more

We have two Aussie Doodles that are very active. Betty Lou is 5 years old and barks at leaves blowing by. Lol! Bobby Lee is 4 years old and is a herder and gets excited and wants to jump on people! My husband and I are 73 and active but they can be overwhelming! The Patpet shock collar has been amazing. All I have to do now is show our puppies the controller and barking, jumping, and herding stops. When another dog approaches we use the ringer to remind them to behave. It is easy to take them on walks and we feel comfortable at the dog park too! There is a setting for vibration if needed. I hardly ever had to use the shock setting. Having just one controller for two dogs has been great too! It is easy to use and I love the teal color. The collars are easy to take on and take off and are very durable. This shock collar set has been a game changer for training our two dogs. It includes two collars and one remote, and I love that it has options to beep, vibrate, or shock, so I can choose the best correction for each situation. The beep or vibration is all it takes to get their attention. The slide switch on the side of the remote makes it super easy to toggle between Collar 1 and Collar 2, which is perfect when managing both dogs at once. The collars are adjustable and fit comfortably, and the battery life on both the remote and collars has been great so far I very rarely charge them. It’s been a reliable and effective training tool, especially for reinforcing boundaries in a safe way. This electric dog collar is sturdy, easy to use, and very effective for training. I mainly use the tone and vibration modes, which my dog responds to quickly, and the adjustable stimulation is a good backup. The battery lasts about a week, and the remote is simple to handle. My only complaints are the range being a bit shorter than advertised and the collar not being fully waterproof. Have always worked as they should. Remote works great and has a good range. Easy to get off of your dog, but not easy enough for the dog to get off! We have ordered 3 sets of these now, the only downside is they only last us about a year before they no longer charge, stay charged, or want to work, which is a bummer. ... show more

Have had multiple sets of these. And can always rely on them to work perfectly! The shock is strong enough to get the attention of two very high strung boxer puppies. The beep is the perfect volume. And the vibrate is a set vibrate and it gets their attention so well without having to use the shock very often. Cannot say enough good about these collars. We had a set for our boxer and aussie/lab mix when they were puppies 9 years ago and they still worked until one of the puppies got ahold of the remote. Bought these to replace my dogs collars that stopped working. Both my dogs have had them for just under two weeks. We NEVER use the shock. Only the beep and on occasion the vibrate. We have stopped using them because both my dogs have got scabs on their necks where the collars are. Neither collar was tight and the remote was barely used for them. Still investigating how both my dogs have ended up with scabs on their necks, but we will not be using these ever again. ... show more
