See photos. - the footprint is 9'3" by 11'. The coverage area is probably close to the 10'x12' advertised. - two of the screws are so short you can only use them if you don't use the washers - the feet are the wrong size, so they fit very loosely in the bottom of the upright poles - one part was so poorly measured and I had to beat it into shape with a mallet - one part had a sunken nut that was put in so crooked I had to beat it into place with a hammer - there are holes along the top rails that make the horizontal top pieces directional. This is not mentioned in the directions. I put the top on and then had to rotate three of the sides of the bottom frame. ... show more

Dented upright, right where it henges, had to screw it down to keep it open and standing. It was missing the corner shelves and the mosquito netting. Will update if the rest shows up.
