Wow. Couch looks way better than I thought, and the pictures are true to form. The seat cushions are medium-firm, yet have enough give to be comfortable. They feel of better quality than the price point suggests. I got the dark blue, and the color looks amazing on my patio. Installation is actually pretty straightforward, but seems daunting at first. You literally only do two-three different things. I am lucky in that I have a drill/impact hammer so I was able to breeze through the screws. If you’re doing this by hand though, it’s gonna take some time…like a lot of time. But I imagine that’s pretty standard for all self-build sofas. It comes in three packages. Don’t be surprised if one is a day or two later than the others. The glass countertop was broken on mine, but the company that makes this has a full year warranty and they put their support info all over the packaging. It seems sketchy because they offer support via email, Facebook, Instagram etc. That said, I emailed them and attached screenshots of my order (with address) and a photo of the damage. They responded in <24 hours and said they were sending me replacement glass. Couldn’t have been more straightforward. Don’t try to go through Amazon if you need support because all Amazon offers is a refund for a full return (which is tough with a product of this size). Update: it’s been about a year since we purchased this set and they still look the same as when we got them. They are outdoors but in a patio type setting so it only gets wet when we get windy rainy days. I did also just recently Scotchguarded the pillows. Butt pillows still aren’t the most comfortable but they do well enough. I’ve only had these for about a month. The assembly wasn’t too bad. Did have a couple of screws missing (even with the spare ones that were included) but no biggie. I made it work. The only thing I see being an issue is the bottom cushions. They seem to leave butt dents very easily (and I am an average size person), so not sure if the filler will have to be replaced often. But overall, the set is pretty and so far when the fabric has gotten wet, the water mostly beaded off. Hoping that the sun won’t easily fade the pillows/furniture that catch the sunlight most often. ... show more

Surprised with the quality and sturdiness of this sectional given the price. The denim blue is a really pretty color that looks great against our white siding & a grey/white rug. The couch came in 3 separate boxes, shipped within a week, and took about 3-4 hours to put the whole thing together. I will note, it is a bit of a low back couch, & the cushions are a bit tough, but we don’t mind either because it’s overall a great fit. I took a risk buying this with only 3 reviews on it, but it was the only option that matched the color and size that I wanted. I’m so glad I ordered it! It’s great, sturdy quality. The cushions and pillows are firm but comfortable. It wasn’t hard to put together, just took a little time - around 2-3 hours for us to put it together. My only complaint is the glass on the coffee table still slides. There are suction cups that keep it from lifting up, but if I try to prop my feet up on it, it slides side to side. Not a big deal because we plan to replace it with a fire pit, but something to note. ... show more

Love this set! Looks awesome on my deck. However one chair did come damaged. The foot will not go on one of the corners because the threads in the hole are too big for the bolt. Total bummer. My boyfriend thinks he can make it work but it will have to be a permanent middle seat, which isn't too big a deal but still frustrating that it's damaged. I'm having a party next weekend so there isn't time to get this piece sent back and request a new one so that's why he's trying to rig it. This product was exactly as expected. Assembly took some time but wasn't difficult. The furniture is as seen in picture and as described in other reviews. The only thing we didn't catch initially was the backs are a bit lower. Even with the pillow it is slightly uncomfortable but we purchased some additional throw pillows and solved the issue! That's more personal preference on comfort and not a product defect by any means. Just putting here for awareness.
