This is a great product. Customer service is great, they always answer your questions and help with anything you needed. Ordered test and test came the next day ,results came during the window in which they said it would . This test is half the price of most and works just the same , with fast results and great customer service! Each time I called I spoke w a different rep and they were all nice, courteous and helpful. This kit is easy to read and understand. The results are clear also! I would highly recommend this product ! :)

I would strongly advise against using this company for something as serious as paternity testing. I used their non-invasive prenatal test and received results stating there was a “greater than 99.99% probability” of paternity. That level of certainty led me to make major personal decisions based on their report. Later, a court-ordered, chain-of-custody paternity test proved those results were completely wrong—the man they identified is NOT the biological father. This wasn’t a small discrepancy. It was a direct contradiction of a result they presented with near certainty. I understand there are disclaimers about legal use, but putting “99.99% probability” on a report gives a false sense of accuracy, especially for something this life-changing. That kind of wording is misleading when the test can clearly be wrong. This experience caused unnecessary emotional stress and confusion that could have been avoided with more accurate testing or more honest reporting of limitations. If you need reliable results, especially for something this important, do not rely on this type of test. Get a legally admissible test instead.

During a stressful and unsure time, the paternity test offered by paternity.com made all the worries go away. The instructions were very clear and they were very quick to answer any questions that I had. I sent an email with my concerns and I got a response within a couple of hours! I spent days doing research on different prenatal paternity tests on the market and this one had the best reviews and was offered at a very reasonable price. The peace of mind started there. I was notified when the package was on the way to the lab, when the package arrived at the lab then I was notified again when the testing had began and a few days later came my results. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process and I hope this review makes your decision on what test to go with easier like the many other reviews did for me.

Results came on the 5th day, all my questions were answered immediately and clearly! At first the sample was not enough, they send me a replacement kit no charge over night the next day. They have been fantastic and I can’t tell them how much I appreciate them!

I really love how fast and easy the whole process is and how simple it was to collect the samples. The results were easy to understand. Everything needed came in the kit it was a fast process to collect samples and send it off. It didn’t take long for it be tested. I would recommend to anyone in need of testing it’s very affordable compared to other test.
