Urinalysis test strips help you accurately and quickly determine if you have a urinary tract infection. Get your results in 60 seconds. You won't find an easier UTI kit to use. Follow this simple process: Just dip the strip in your urine sample, shake off excess urine, and wait just 60 seconds for the results. Compare your strip to the color chart on your pack and determine if you have a UTI. These strips test for Leukocytes and Nitrite. After dipping the strip and waiting the allotted number of seconds, a purple color on the Leukocyte(white cell) pad indicates a positive UTI result. A positive nitrite indicates presence of high amounts of bacteria. The nitrite result may not always be positive in a UTI. Our strips come with a detailed instruction guide that includes a UTI test interpretation chart. Our UTI test strips can be used for women, men, kids, and pets, including cats and dogs. So I bought this for my dog who I suspect has a UTI. I’ll be bringing her to the vet tomorrow so I’ll see if it’s accurate. For all the reviews I read that said it’s hard to understand how to read it I’m confused by that. It’s very simple. Just see what colors match up. I’ll update this after the vet visit but wanted people to know who are looking to buy it that it is easy to read. I only gave it 3 stars because I don’t know yet how accurate it is. ... show more

These strips are great - they are more accurate than any of the other products I have used to test my dog for UTI's. The only complaint I have is that both of the indicator strips are a light cream/yellow color, so it is hard to determine which end is "up" in order to read the results. I'm sure it is written somewhere in the instructions, but I am bad about reading booklets of instructions. A small set of instructions next to the indicator legend would be helpful.
