  • Quick and Accurate
Great if you all need to take a look at protein.

  • They don't seem to work
For background, I have Proteinuria as a result of creeping kidney disease (sucks getting old), This has been diagnosed by my primary care provider, and not just hypochondria. Because I like to be aware of my overall health and self-monitor I purchased these strips to monitor levels. To my surprise, even though the signs in the toilet pointed to significant levels, the strips always showed a 'neg' or negligible amount of protein in my urine. As this didn't seem correct I conducted tests by moistening the strips in stream, and by collecting a sample in a cup and immersing the strip for the full minute stated in the instructions, neither method registering anything beyond 'neg'. I also tried moistening a strip with meat juice and milk, both protein sources that should register something, but only receiving the same 'neg' indication. Based on this, I can only conclude that either this batch is corrupt, or that the strips are a hoax in general. Not too good. ... show more

  • Worth The Buy!
For the price, I got what I was looking for. I was a bit worn out with all of the languages on the label which made it very difficult to get a clear understanding on how the test strips work. Label is way too busy with too many languages, that it's a turn off!

  • Didn't work for me
Used the test strips as instructed and they showed no protein in my urine, but when I went to the VA clinic and they tested my urine the results came back with a high test result for protein. Maybe your experience will be better than mine.

  • my personal experience urine dipsticks for protein are not very reliable
I am updating my review--I hope the first one I submitted is not posted. I am not a scientist or a lab--I have read a study that for urine protein, urine dipsticks in general have a significant error rate. My morning fasting urine dipstick tests have tended to be low protein: neg/trace/occasionally 1+. After eating meals, urine protein dipstick shows 1+ or 2+. The urine protein dipstick at a clinical lab showed my urine protein as >500. but the quantitative urine protein test on the same sample resulted protein at 125. so I cannot say that these dipsticks are any worse than others. It seems that the lab dipsticks were overly sensitive. overall the study said that urine dipsticks miss the protein (underestimate) with which these seem consistent but not necessarily terrible--of course this is just my opinion and not scientific at all. ... show more

  • Good price
They are a good price and seem to work but the instructions are very vague.

  • Completely Useless DO NOT BUY
This product consistently shows me at “Trace” or None. But had my regular 3 month Blood and Urine test which shows high amount of Protein. This was way off. Completely useless.
