Well I checked out my sons because my newborn was conceived during a split and I was sure who his father was. Just looking for confirmation. Well this test confirmed I was wrong and my sons are full siblings. Either way- easy quick results. Private. I only got an email result nothing mailed but it was accurate. I received an email in a little over two weeks after mailing.

The item arrived in two days. The testing and swabbing process was easy and it came with a FedEx Express return envelope. They received the test in one business day and only took two days to run the testing. Their customer service was very helpful. They walked me through the process and the test results were surprisingly accurate and easy to read. Definitely well worth every penny spent.

If I could rate this company a minus one I certainly would. It’s a scam and a rip off. The actual test kit is easy and simple to use however once you mail the swabs to choice dna is when the nightmare begins. The kit says results in 2-6 business days and we have yet to receive results, I have been given the runaround for 3 weeks. Finally this morning after 100’s of different responses as to why it’s taking so long, they finally admitted to losing the swabs after the lab received them. Customer service sucks, and they never return your call or emails and don’t even try to speak to a manager because they won’t get on the phone or won’t call you back. Don’t waste your time or money unless you have both to waste. Don’t trust them with something so sensitive you have been warned. Amazon should pull these kits off the shelves. My next stop is the BBB, their customer service alone is horrible.
