Springs are weak. Dog goes thru to fast it will knock the panel out . Plexi door 800 bucks I guess I'll end up buying one this thing isn't going to last . Constantly knocked out of adjustment . Bite the bullet buy the original plexi door . Owners manual doesn't even have any contact info . Chinese junk ... show more

    • I guess one out of three isn’t bad…
I purchased three of these, the first one works great the second and third ones are malfunctioning. Either one or both doors are not set properly within the frame. The door/doors are actually tipped at an angle. This will not allow the doors to close, in fact when a dog goes through, the door hangs open and at 15° below zero that doesn’t work. I plan to contact the seller and communicate with them. If this can be corrected then yes these doors are great… at this point, it’s up in the air. ... show more

    • Frustrated
We loved the style of the door, which is why we purchased it for our 3 dogs. However, I feel the quality is lacking. We have only had it installed for a little over a month and I constantly have to push the little bit of insulation in. Today when it’s freezing out, I can’t get it to pop back in.

    • Springs and magnets are too weak
The springs on the door are too weak when I opened the front door the air circulation vacuum opened the dog door. I hope they have a better upgrade spring or magnet to maintain the doggy door shut.

    • Bad design
Keep buying the frame and throwing it away just for the doors. Can’t find replacement doors anywhere and they fall apart in less than a month it won’t shut. They just stay wide open.
