The product works great but our delivery bag had fluid in it when I opened it. Be careful when taking it out, because it can feel like your skin is burning. We left it sitting upright for a few days with no additional signs of leakage. I wish they’d seal the top before sending. Otherwise the product is great! Smell disappears pretty quickly too.
