These used to be my absolute favorite pens. However, after purchasing a couple packs from in-store and this 10 count pack from Amazon, I've noticed the quality has definitely decreased within the past year. These pens do not write as smoothly as they used to and ball point skips, where I have to write on top of what I previously written. I feel like the pen runs out of ink quickly and I need to replace my pens often. As for the positives, I like the way the pen feels in my hand. Additionally, the ink is very dark and easy to read. This is a great everyday pen for people who love finer tipped pens. It has a nice weight and texture when you hold it. It makes that little scratchy sound when you write with it that makes me feel like I’m super accomplished and doing smart things. I have been a nurse since 2005 and I’m now in my last year of law school for my JD after I earned my BS in legal studies (2018-2021). I tell you this so you may understand how much I write… That said, these are my absolute favorite pens- they write smooth, don’t smudge, don’t skip, and they don’t hurt my hand when I’m writing for hours on end. These are great pens--I am particular about what I write with. They are smooth writing, easy to handle, and the gel dries quickly to prevent smearing (for right handers anyway). A good price compared to local dept/drug stores.

I haven't been able to find a better pen than this one. Not even the Sharpie Gel Pen compares to this one. I have a heavy grip and I don't the pooling from the pen. I tried the Sharpie Gel Pen and it pools constantly beacuse of my grip and way of writing (cursive). I write everyday, so I go through a lot of pens but this ones always seem to last longer. ... show more
