Instructions were not that great and really small, guessing on some parts, but everything is garbage when I order put it together yourself furniture so we the consumers can b the fault of products malfunction

It took over 2h to put it together, it is comfortable but for the bed will definitely need a foam mattress on top looks good and overall it is a great deal, we had to fix some parts and the instructions are not the best but you will figure it out

We absolutely love this sofa bed. I am so glad I didn't listen to some of the reviews. Honestly they should be ashamed to give a poor review and cause some people to not buy it. It was so easy to put together. This company has all pieces and hardware sorted out and labeled for you. Trust me I do not normally give reviews but this one I felt I had to because some of the reviews almost made me not buy it . Just remember you can't please everyone. This was worth every penny. I also had some questions about the product just because I was nervous because of some reviews and they answered my question within a hour of asking them, the problem was more of how FedEx handled the boxes. The item was easy to assemble and good size. I had to wait a few days to get the second box to be delivered (don't blame the company for this issues). However after getting the two boxes I am still missing items. I did not receive the v, w or x cushions for the couch as well as the loops to help move the parts that are able to move. The whole couch took about 2 hours to assemble. To find out that I'm missing the most important parts is upsetting and now i have an unfinished couch in my living room... I hope this issue can be resolved quickly to regain happiness in my new couch. ... show more

This couch is very poorly made! I purchased it during summer of 2023, and only 2 years later, the couch is literally coming apart. I regret spending the $500.

I bought this couch first my new apartment it got shipped very quick. While putting in together one of the arm set didn't fit the locks were too far apart. I contacted the seller the same night and sent pictures of the defective part showing both the arm set and the hook part, they were very quick to respond to me and were very help you. After some texts back and forth trying to identify the problem they replaced the whole couch and was shipped to my house within 2 days. The couch is very comfortable. It have a little smell but is because of the packaging plastic I notice the smell getting less and less every day. Hope this help anyone. ... show more

    • The worst purchase I have ever made!
This sofa is for a very small person and room. I bought if for a small office space and it was even too small for that. I am 5'1" and sitting on this put my knees parallel to my chest. The cushions are very thin. Not comfortable to sit no less sleep without extra padding. I tried to return but was offered half price to keep it. No thanks! Also the springs are either defective or are in need of serious drenching of WD 40. I spent almost 2 hours putting together and then on the last step was not able to get the springs to release and hide the storage compartment. Out of $600 plus! Also no help from Amazon with A to Z gaurantee. ... show more
