The product is what it says it is. It would be great for a spare room where it will have less use. It looks as it does on the pictures and is comfortable enough. I probably wouldn’t want this as a primary bed or couch, but for my spare office/bedroom it’s perfect! The advertisement doesn’t mention it, but the chase is easily reversible to either side which is a nice feature. Comfort: 1/10 Assembly: 6/10 Material: 2/10 Functionality: 8/10 Price: 5/10 Comfort is the most notable thing here, notably in that it is lacking entirely. The seat cushioning is maybe 2-3inches thick and might as well be filled with air. You can feel every support slate underneath when you sit. That too is an issue, the support slates are made of what seem like children's play wood. You can basically rip the layers apart with your fingers. Not sure how that is expected to provide longevity of support, I had one snap the very first time I sat on it. Going to have to run to home Depot to get better lumber and create my own supports. Putting it together took a few hours. Wasn't that difficult, but the instructions were vague at times. It looks appealing, so I'll give it credit there and it does function as intended (the chaise storage and sofa pull out both seem like they work as intended). But for almost $700, I advise you shop somewhere in person and try out what you are purchasing. I was weary of purchasing something like this online, and I immediately regret it. Materials used are cheap, and there is no comfort whatsoever. I had a $150 futon from Walmart years ago that felt more stable and provided more comfort. ... show more

It took over 2h to put it together, it is comfortable but for the bed will definitely need a foam mattress on top looks good and overall it is a great deal, we had to fix some parts and the instructions are not the best but you will figure it out

We absolutely love this sofa bed. I am so glad I didn't listen to some of the reviews. Honestly they should be ashamed to give a poor review and cause some people to not buy it. It was so easy to put together. This company has all pieces and hardware sorted out and labeled for you. Trust me I do not normally give reviews but this one I felt I had to because some of the reviews almost made me not buy it . Just remember you can't please everyone. This was worth every penny. I also had some questions about the product just because I was nervous because of some reviews and they answered my question within a hour of asking them, the problem was more of how FedEx handled the boxes. It’s okay. Pros: The bed holds two adults with enough room. The seats are wider than I thought. Fabric looks clean, can be unzipped to run in the wash. I may stuff in more stuffing. Cons: Couch is as comfy as a camper and boat cushions. No give, definitely need your own pillows. Have to sit straight up, won’t work, as is, for people who like to lay back or slouch. Comes in two 95lb boxes, the FedEx dude left the boxes outside and I needed help carrying them inside from a neighbor. I’m a computer technician but the instructions are hard to follow, it took about 3.5 hours to put together. Instructions don’t always reference the part noted in the picture, let alone which way it should face. It comes with an L-shape Allen wrench but the screw holes are in tight spaces, you’d spend all night turning the screws alone. In summary: I learned my lesson by buying a couch for my living room without seeing it first ... show more

For the price point it’s what I expected and little more. Pretty sturdy and nice but beware the cushions are stiff and can be uncomfortable. But for the price it’s all I could ask for and simple to put together with a few swear words like normal with anything furniture assembly.

When they delivered box one I was worried it looked like it got run over and was taped back up terribly, I unpacked the box and noticed everything seemed okay but had to wait on the second box to arrive meanwhile I sent a message to the seller who contacted me back the very next day . Told me if there was anything wrong with it it would be replaced right away Second box arrived two days later everything else was inside I’m 59 years young and put it together in three hours in 95 degree heat The cousins are thick after leaving them open for a couple days . So my experience with this seller and the product was excellent ... show more

We received our couch five days before we needed someone to sleep on it. We began putting it together, and found there were no directions. It took 48 hours for some run from the company to finally contact us. They kindly emailed us a PDF of instructions and a YouTube video. We started using the instructions to put the bed together, however, they were worthless! None of the parts were labeled with the labels in the instructions. We moved to the YouTube video. That was much more helpful, however, we found we were missing several parts and we’re only given one wheel. Very disappointing! ... show more
