Actually great quality and wasn’t too hard to put together. It is durable and looks great! The only thing is it does have a smell at first so would recommend airing it out with the window open for a day or so. Other than that I’m obsessed with it and would recommend it to anyone!

As with the other bed that we found for my mother, we spent time looking for a fabric bed for my room. I wanted to stick with either a light to medium grey and/or black grey. It was easier to find other bedroom furniture to complement the light grey bed frame. We chose this one. What impressed me was that a majority of the pieces were already put together. I did not have a lot of pre-assembly to do. I did use a drill with an allen wrench drill bit. This is a must if you have arthritis or any type of pain in your hands and arms. I did have a few problems. One of the wood legs had a chip, one set of wood slats did not fit properly and had to be forced in which ripped a small hole in the fabric and the two pieces of the headboard, I had to assemble in reverse steps to get the center support to lay down correctly. But you can still see some slight uneven areas between the two pieces in my picture. So, why did I give them 5 stars? The company responded quickly once they received my complaint. They were kind and addressed all of my issues. I will be getting a replacement wooden foot and one set of wooden slats. My experience was probably a one off. As with anything, the pieces are pre-drilled and/or cut by a machine and some may not be exact. Regardless of the difficulties I had, the bed still looks great and my mattress fits perfectly. The bed is sturdy and the material is soft. I like how the light grey goes with all my furniture in the room. Is this a good bed? Yes. And I believe worth the cost. ... show more

I bought this PaPaJet Queen Platform Bed Frame in 2024, and after using it for months — and moving with it — I can confidently say this is hands-down my favorite bed I’ve ever ordered! First off, assembly was a breeze. I put it together without any hassle, and the instructions were super clear. All the parts were well-labeled and fit together perfectly, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Even after disassembling and reassembling it for a move, the bed still feels just as solid and stable as it did on day one — no creaks, no wobbles. Aesthetically, it’s beautiful. The tall 51.2" upholstered headboard gives it such a chic and elevated look, making my bedroom feel a lot more luxurious without the luxury price tag. The white upholstery is clean and modern, and it’s surprisingly easy to keep clean — just a quick wipe-down does the trick. Another big win: you don’t need a box spring. The wood slat support is strong and provides a great base for your mattress. I sleep comfortably every night, and the support hasn’t dipped or worn down at all over time. If you are ordering this bed, you’re looking for a decent bed at an affordable price that is more than just a plain frame—and it is just that! Are all screw holes perfectly threaded and aligned? No. I had one screw hole that wasn’t threaded at all and one that was misthreaded so the screw only went in 10% of the way. Not looking for an heirloom piece of furniture I can pass down to grandkids, just needed a queen size bed frame that looked a little fancier than your run of the mill metal frame for guest room. This is a queen size frame in white and pic shows it with both the box spring and mattress on it—I may take box spring off but the height is good for older guests who can’t get out of a low bed. One photo on the instructions shows the wrong hole being aligned for one of the metal braces, just have to use common sense a bit. Assembly took 15-20 mins with one person. Delivered earlier than anticipated. Packaged well and with care. Linen quality exceeded my expectations as well as the quality of the hardware. Super easy assembly and frame and headboard appear sturdy and of good quality. My only concern/complaint is the quality of the wooden slacks- they appear bey thin. The easily attach to the frame and have a unique Velcro attachment making the set up incredible simple. 4.9 stars overall. I didn’t have high expectations but it is beautiful. The white is perfect. Not a shocking white. My husband was skeptical about the slats but they are sturdy and well made. It took us about an 1.5 hour to put it together. He got a smudge on it but came right out when I wiped it with a baby wipe.

The box came damaged, and DID NOT come with any assembly instructions. We did not want to go through the hassle of return since you would HAVE TO PAY for return shipping. Which no where did it states this so please be aware!! I had reached out to the seller multiple times, with no such luck.. We decided to put the frame together anyways without the instructions, and thankfully everything was there. I would say it is pretty standard, we were able to figure it out by ourselves, however after finishing the bed frame I noticed it didn’t look like the one in the picture. It’s very similar, but by the wingback area, in the picture it shows there’s also two little covered fabric pieces that serves as part of the “leg”. Ours came with a metal plate that gets screwed on to attach the wingback to the metal legs and that was it. Overall, the bed frame turned out ok, it’s not something I would repurchase though. Very disappointed that it’s not like the one in the picture. Seller will NOT respond back, so don’t even bother reaching out. Return is a pain. The item weighs around 90 pounds. The fact that you would have to pay for return shipping on that if something came missing or broken regardless just blows my mind. So please save your money and time and buy a different bed frame!! ... show more
