I'm never going to be an Olympic lifter so I have no clue if this will support 800 lbs or not. It feels sturdy and has held everything I've thrown at it so far (~250 lbs). It was easy to assemble - took me exactly an hour to assemble the rack and another 45 minutes to attach the cable system. If you have the tools (I did use an impact driver and a wrench) it shouldn't take long for you either. As other people have mentioned, the main downside is the hole size for attachments is not the standard 1", so good luck finding attachments that fit. For my wife and I, it works great. The pulleys work really well and are probably my favorite part.

I have limited space in my workout room; specifically height, and this was the only option available out of many, many reputable fitness companies that would get me a rack, seated row, and lat pull down to fit my area (last drink of water on the ocean). The equipment is decent for a beginner rack. Metal seems okay, but don’t try to set any big PRs on this thing. Appears steady so far, and the squat and row have decent, albeit clunky, action. “Good enough” is not a ringing endorsement, but it’s ok for the money. The kit arrived dirty on the inside (not from shipping), boxes beat up, and parts missing. Every time I was assembling it, I had to thoroughly clean my space and self afterwards from the amount of metal shavings, sand, etc. that were left behind. Oh, the missing parts... Two separate shipments of the same kit, both times missing critical parts and I eventually gave up and dealt with it on my own. I got run around with customer service because the “warehouse” aka their drop shippers at Amazon logistics, couldn’t be bothered with opening a box, picking parts, and shipping them separately. Instead, I get to deal with a ton of leftover parts and materials and cardboard boxes. Good times. Not an ideal experience and I have to wait almost two plus months to use my equipment fully. Before you order this, ask yourself about your level of patience and tolerance for this type of stuff. If my workout room was 6-10 inches taller, I would have bitten the bullet and purchased Rep or similar squat racks. C’est la vie.

I had been contemplating and researching building my own home gym for many months and finally pulled the trigger on this. Relatively easy to install and works very well. I sprayed WD40 along the cable system for smoother feel. Everything has held up great in the last month or so and I'm very satisfied. Definitely recommend you give it a shot if you need a squat rack with cable capabilities!

No, this is not an olympic squat rack but it will definitely get you through your workout. Directions are inadequate if you speak english, but other than that it’s a great option!

Easy to assemble and surprisingly durable. I have been doing 500lb deadlift lockouts off of the safety bars without issue. It can take plenty more. The lat machine is very smooth as well. Great purchase.

The cage is really good , stable ,easy to assemble, the instructions are very helpful just read it before to start,it’s good enough for me, i get already some attachments and they work great, the lat pull-down is a great addition, I load the pull down with 150 working fine,Im doing 200 bench press, 250 squats and the cage look like can do even more, I feel confident using it.
