I love the lights, they are beautiful and bright, but the remote doesn't work. There is no manual, no website to visit for more info. Amazon says to contact the seller (Kingwa), but offers no information for doing so. A google search turns up nothin on the seller. I just want my remote to work. I am considering buying another strip for my Harry Potter room, but I need to know I can get support. ... show more

This strip is perfect for a lighted shelf. Brightness is good. It has a dimming function and the 3m tape is nice and strong. The only problem is my switch is sometimes non-responsive or very delayed when I try to turn it off. I would give it five stars if the switch worked as it should.

These were easy to install and the strip is sticky and stays in place. It is dimmable but only one degree lighter it doesn’t easily dim gradually. I do wish the brightest setting was brighter on the max brightness it’s not as bright as other versions of the same type of strips I’ve gotten before. They do provide nice ambient lighting for above my furniture. It’s an easy way to add lighting to unique spots. ... show more

I used this lighting under a credenza in my living room to create low light when watching TV and movies. The lights are very bright, so having the dimmer is a nice addition. I did find that the remote is not always responsive for my lighting, it sometimes takes a few clicks or I need to wiggle the lighting to get it on/off. High CRI, color is perfect for kitchens, garages, and other work areas. Very bright. Longer than most. Power supply is ETL listed which is very important, and I verified that it is present in the database. Good density of COB LEDs, so doesn't really need a diffuser. Controller and remote are a bit meh, and would be nice if they allowed dimming down to 1%. I had to drop a star due to this particular kit (and I have a few) emitting a rather annoying smell. I'm sure it'll eventually offgas enough, but it's stronger and more noticeable than a typical "new electronics" smell so I have to make a note of it. ... show more
