UPDATE 03/2025: Updating my 2 star review because customer service has quickly reached out to me to resolve my broken bulb socket. They offered a full refund or free replacement. I did go with a full refund just because I had already purchased another lava lamp for my son beforehand. 4 stars for their support! Light lasted 2 months and it stopped turning on, noticed the inside socket under the glass bottle came unhooked and was broken in the lights base. ... show more

It worked great originally, but the bulb burst and caused a hazard and could not be removed from the base of the lamp. Not sure how to contact the company.
