This lava lamp is sooo cute!! The wax block was sideways inside, so the metal coil was not on the bottom. I tried to shake it around a little and get it back in place, but I couldn’t get it. So I just turned it on and eventually it warmed up enough to move the coil back to the bottom. Now it works great! Would def buy again! ... show more

Returned the first one due to the lava lamp not fitting in the packaging and this being a birthday present that needs to be wrapped. I figured the wrong one was put in the box. Just got the second one and it also doesn't fit in the "original packaging". The item itself is like 4 inches too long so the top of the box is just wide open. Makes no sense. Haven't even checked the lava lamp itself but I'd honestly be surprised if it's not broken. ... show more
