No problems with the TV, is what I expected, beautiful picture, easy to set up, and very quick delivery. Our biggest problem, was not the product or Amazon business professionals, but, the delivery person, left the TV at the end of the driveway, with no phonecall or text message, anyone could have picked it up and drove off with it. Although, our vehicles was parked in the driveway, they could have easily rung the doorbell or called to let us know, but, they did nothing, but left a big screen tv at the end of the driveway, who does that, not Amazon.

I purchased this TV in April 2025, mainly for its built-in Fire TV functionality. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing from the very beginning. The first unit I received didn’t turn on at all — the screen stayed completely black. I contacted Panasonic support, and although they responded within about 24 hours, their suggestions were limited to very basic troubleshooting (like holding the power button or unplugging the device). In the end, they simply advised me to contact the retailer for an exchange. After replacing it, the second unit at least powered on, but the Fire TV system was extremely slow from the start. The initial update took more than 30 minutes, and a message appeared saying my internet was unusually slow — despite having high-speed Fios service and no issues with other devices. Streaming apps like YouTube and Netflix frequently buffer, freeze, or fail to load, even at low resolutions. Restarting or unplugging the TV temporarily helps, but the problem returns after a few hours. It seems to be a persistent performance issue, possibly due to insufficient memory or a system-level bug in the Fire TV OS. While the panel itself looks good, I cannot recommend this TV for anyone planning to rely on the built-in Fire TV. You may need to add an external streaming device (like a Fire Stick), which defeats the purpose of buying a Fire TV-equipped model in the first place. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Overall I really like this TV and all of the features. It arrived well packaged and with the option of in home delivery. It connected quickly to our WiFi and we were able to set it up quickly. We purchased this one ultimately because it was a known brand and we trusted the quality. The only part I was disappointed in was the lack of certain apps that we had on other TVs but definitely still happy with the purchase.

I purchased two Panasonic smart tv models: 43” & 50.” This is a first for this brand as far as a smart tv is concerned. I have been pleasantly surprised with the picture and sound quality, the ease of switching to my wireless cable connection and back to Fire TV with Alexa. Screen mirroring and an internet app on screen. The number of apps are impressive and the overall sturdiness of the chassis (including metal stands) are just some of the standouts concerning the quality of this smart tv at a great price point…and setup was very straightforward and function has been perfect so far. Very happy with the purchase.

Very good picture quality. Not always immediate response for apps but I am probley 30 foot away on Wi-Fi and a few walls in between but still works fun when you get in to the app. I have had a few times when going to the hdmi for gaming the screen would go black I would just go back to home then back to hdmi and that would fix it besides that very good tv I would get another one in the future!! Iv had this tv for about 2 months.

This tv is just ok it's just a basic television the picture is decent but if I need another tv it won't be this one or even a fire tv. Update on this tv the truth behind this tv is the tv was designed in an for the best interests of amazon and their sales this tv is filled with advertisements and apps that are free for a period of time and then you must pay a monthly free on them to continue service so if you're okay with advertisements and purchasing additional apps then go for it but I personally don't or wouldn't recommend this tv to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. I wish there was a ZERO star rating. What a disappointment! This television is not more than 2 or 3 months old. The screen was messed up and then it started to glitch. I tried calling the Panasonic customer service.. you can forget it. I haven't spoken to a live person. Only email after email. Nothing has been resolved since I brought it in May!! Panasonic has dropped the ball big time. I just want my money back! DO NOT BUY!
