The instructions were great, because it had just as many pictures as an IKEA pamphlet, but the best thing was that it did have some text to go along with the pictures. Whoever wrote it had a good idea of what the pain points would be and explained things very well. The finish looks good, and there are thoughtful touches like some rubber bumpers provided so that the doors close softly. I didn't have any trouble getting the doors to align either, which has been a pain with other pieces of furniture (from ikea for example). ... show more

Took me a while to assemble this by myself (45mins) (it says not to use power tools but I did) the directions just have photos and the pieces have one small letter on them. I ended up doing it semi-wrong with the back piece making the white face outward instead of inward and by the time I noticed, I would’ve had to take the whole thing apart so I left it . But I was also rushing and you can’t really tell. The size is perfect for my office. The cabinets are a little weird to assemble, but you’ll figure it out. This is an excellent piece of furniture for my home office. My printer sits on top and the storage is more than adequate. It was easy enough for me to assemble on my own although I did have a little help to fine tune the adjustment on the doors (I'm just not good at that).
