The directions were confusing and not clear but was able to assemble with no missing parts. The cushions were of average quality but comfortable. The real problem is the Canopy: The fabric is so thin it started to come apart at the stitches during the first rain. Update: 9/1/22: Sometimes the quality of a vendor and customer service is best demonstrated when there is an issue. In this case Pamapic pro actively reached out to me regards the issues and quickly addressed each. Communications during this process were excellent and definitely would buy from this seller again. Rating is a solid 5 as Pamapic stands behind its products.

I used this swing for approximately 6 months when the welds broke and the swing fell to the ground with me sitting in it. Thankfully my legs were not underneath it at the time. There was no way to fix it so I paid quite a bit of money for a very short time of using it. Also, the cushions were not thick enough to make it comfortable. I would not buy this brand again.

I purchased this swing for my mom for her birthday/mother’s day. Box was not damaged but one of the arm rest is scratched and appears a little rusty. Very costly for the condition it arrived in. I’m unable to return as she lives so far away. Very disappointed! Embarrassed to give a damaged gift! Sad because it’s a very nice comfortable swing.

This swing is a great upgrade from my last one. It is very sturdy and great looking. It was easy to assemble with two people. The only difficulty was attaching the canopy. It was really tight to put on and a little bit of the stitching pulled out. Perhaps it’s made this way because the fabric will stretch after a while. The frame is an oil rubbed bronze color and the cushions are thick and a medium warm brown. It is really comfortable. I am really happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it!
