The media could not be loaded. First off it is rainy season in Hawaii so for that reason, I will not be returning the product because on island a 20x30 will run upwards of $200, also it was a pain to set up by myself. Pros: 16mil tarp was well reasonably priced, free prime shipping, it came well packaged wrapped in a protective peice of tarp and it arrived in a couple days, awesome. I seen reviews with the same issues but I took a chance. Cons: Obviously we have some quality control issues. Initially when setting up the tarp I unraveled it on the canopy poles so there was minimal contact or dragging with the gravel. While stretching the tarp and locking in the bungies, I noticed the other side had a lot of excess slack like it was a few inches bigger than my original tarp, so I had to undo the bingies, undo all the connections, then slightly extend each one to compensate for the extra fabric length, SOO FRUSTRATING!!. Then I noticed some of the grommets were bent over, luckily they were still locked on so I just had to bend them back. Lastly after installing the tent legs I noticed some light peaking through and upon closer inspection there are quite a few thin, or scratched areas. Initially there are no leaks, no water on the cars so it's holding up for now but I can definitely see it tearing through at the thin areas in time. ALOS NOTICED SHOE PRINTS ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE TARP. That might attest to the damages. That say you pay for what you get but at least disclose high quality materials with low quality service. ... show more

I wanted an 18' x 18' in a heavy duty tarp but had to get 18' x 24'. Wanted to protect the pool from the concrete slab underneath. Cut it down after pool was filled up with 8" extra on the outside in case the pool should shift. I laid the tarp out in the sun to get wrinkles out before dragging the pool out for (perhaps) it's fourth & final season. Based on other reviews, I think the tarp may need to be replaced for next pool season but for right now, it's thick (16ml) and will protect the pool from the concrete. It appears to be of a good quality; I don't need the grommets for this use but they are well attached for using rope & bungee cords for people that may need a tarp for temporary roofing or covering a boat, ect. Cost was more than I expected but I find that I tend to think EVERYTHING costs more than I expected. It might be an age thing. :/ ... show more

Tarp was full size not measured prior to folding the edge for the eyelets. Corners are double reinforced. The tarp is black on one side and dark brown on the other side. Highly recommend this product!

Couldn't be more happy with this purchased. It saved my movers, at least, 7 hours; desending threeflights of stairs; carrying over 80 items. Use of the tarp...meant they only had to carry my sofa and a few smaller it's that couldn't be boxed...down the stairs.
