Well-made, stylish, comfortable, & reasonably affordable! Faux rattan that seems incredibly durable, plush cushions for being polyester, and the overall water-resistance is great so far (in the PNW)! Packaged well in just one large box, and straightforward one-person assembly with just one type of screw (supplied, along with allen wrench). Nice patio furniture, comfortable, relatively easy to assemble, all came in one big box, well packaged, I like the way the Ottomans slide under the chairs and it even came with one extra washer, no extra screws, but one extra washer! 😃 Edit= after having these chairs for a bit, there's something to note, the cushions will slide out from the chair while you're sitting on them, the chair is kind of slick and so are the cushions so you end up kind of slumped all the way down while sitting in the chairs, I remedied this by buying a roll of grippy nonslip cabinet liner, cutting some squares about the size of the chair seats and putting that down on the chair with the cushion on top completely fixes the problem, even if you try to slide down, now it won't. Still love the chairs and they are holding up well, I keep the cushions stored indoors when the weather is bad though, but definitely get some nonslip to put under the cushions, makes them much more comfortable and keeps you from looking like a slouch lol

These chairs arrived in two boxes, each a bit over 30 lbs. Shipping was very fast! Amazon originally projected a two-week delivery timeframe but they arrived in 3 days. The boxes were in good condition and were easy to unpack. All pieces were included and in perfect condition - there were even extra screws! I was unable to assemble the chairs without help from my neighbor who used a ratchet driver and Allen head bit. The included Allen wrenches were too small to handle the task of assembly and made it painful for my hands. He was able to complete what I had started in about 20 minutes. Once assembled, the chairs look great, the ottomans fit perfectly, and they are comfortable to sit in. The chairside table is nice and big. There is no support under the top so I will probably set a large serving tray or a piece of tempered glass on it so it does not sag. As others have noted, the cushion covers are slick polyester in a creamy off-white color. The seat bottom foam is reasonably firm. The back cushion is stuffed softly with batting and the ottoman cushion is thinner and less dense than the seat cushion. I have noticed that there is static electricity build-up. When I rise from the chair while holding the arms, I can feel small electric shocks in my hands. I look forward to enjoying more time on my patio now that I have comfy chairs with ottomans to stretch out on.

Easy to assemble. Beautiful furniture with a lovely wicker look. Absolutely LOVE the hideaway ottomans and was a top reason for choosing this set over others because I have a small space where I use them, but wanted the convenience of a lounge chair type experience. As you can see, kitty is very fond of them, too! The only downside so far is the cushions, like many other reviews mention. First is the "MEH" quality. They are thin and not very cushy, but ok. Second, the color (just a personal preference) is not white, not yellow, but more like a yellow-ish ivory or "buttercream" color? By far, wouldn't be my choice of color as it doesn't really match anything. Third, I have found that they actually HOLD water. I expected them to be water repellent but when I picked up a cushion a day after the rain, it was heavily saturated and I had to set them up in a way they could drain and dry out. They will probably get me through this first summer, but I expect I will have to replace them. Still worth the investment in my opinion, but this company could really have an outstanding product if they upgraded the cushions. I'd be willing to pay more for that! Would still recommend. P.S. Found this beautiful rug on Amazon, too.

Thought I had already written a review for these.... they are pretty and the picture represents what they look like very well. They were pretty easy to put together, a few moments of frustration that was eased when another pair of hands helped with assembly. I like how wide the chairs are, very roomy easy to curl my legs up under me. My husband has short legs and really likes that the seat is not high and his feet can touch the ground when he sits. They seem well made and are sturdy. The back cushion is fine, but seat cushion is not comfortable for extended use and will be replaced.

Love this set! This was exactly what I was looking for my balcony. Very stylish and comfortable for the price! I know there are higher quality items out there but this seems like it will hold up for several years, especially since my balcony is covered, so not a lot of rain will get to it. It was very simple to put together, took only 45 minutes using the Allen wrench they provided. A powered tool would have made it even faster. I added the extra lumbar pillow for some color

The is the second set I have ordered because I loved my first one. But either they made a mistake in shipping or else they have gotten very cheap with their product. The seat cushion is pictured as being 3.8 inches which is exactly what my old one is. The four cushions I got with this set are all the same thickness and are what was used for the foot rest on my old set. There is no nice thick chair cushion with this set. I have contacted the company but let’s see if Amazon or the vendor will make it right. This used to be a 5 star product but not now.
