UPDATE: the company has reached out to us and offered us two options (full refund or a new canopy). Due to not having PayPal, we are opting for a new canopy. We have not received it yet, so I can’t give a review on the product, but I will say the company is great on trying to make things right. FIRST REVIEW: We bought this so we could still sit outside while it was rainy. Sadly, it is not waterproof. Very nice shade canopy but not waterproof. We haven’t had any wind yet, so I don’t know about that part. Once this one dies, we will not be replacing it with another because we need a waterproof one. So, it will be back to researching for us. I’m giving it three stars because because it does great for shade and keeping bugs out but NOT WATERPROOF. The rain just goes right through the top material. The description lies!!! ... show more

This gazebo was easy to set up. The directions are a little wonky but I watched a youtube video. I added lights to it. It looks amazing. So far it has stood up to a few days of rain and mild wind with no problem. It's not pinned down, either. It's on my patio. I would take it down or pin it down in higher wind. It's a little pricey. After purchasing, I saw a couple of cheaper ones. Overall, it's really nice. I recommend it. ... show more

I loved it when I first received it. It was easy to set up. Didn’t really seem all that sturdy tho.I got it out this year to put it up again for the summer only to find one of the cross poles we’re broken and not even duct tape and bungee cords are holding it for more than just a day or two. If your only going to use it for parties it should be ok but not if your looking for a deck covering for the summer. ... show more

Pros: Good quality materials and very solid once it's assembled and anchored to the patio. Looks good and provides excellent shade on those sunny days. Masonry anchors were provided with the kit. Cons: Difficult to assemble . Be willing to spend serveral more hours than you expect to assemble it. The instructions are all pictures and no text on a small piece of paper that makes it a bit of an eye test. The attachment of the vertical posts to the horizontal roof supports are difficult if not impossible to bolt together as the attachment plate that's riveted inside the post is set back too far inside the posts. This could have been easier if the screws used were 1/8 inch longer. Also the holes for the roof panel's are not just not close but off by feet not inches. Be prepared to drill your own holes. Summary: All in all a decent product for the money an looks great once you get it put together. After reading my review the seller said he would relate my concerns to the manufacturer so those changes could be made. So with that in mind I've changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. ... show more

I had been looking for weeks to find a canopy that would fit our ten by ten deck. I started noticing that people were saying these canopies were not the actual size listed. But, smaller. So I dug deeper and sure enough, in the pictures provided by the sellers they say ten by ten or like this one, 11x11. But the measurement in the picture says 9.5. Perfect because the canopy we're replacing was ten x ten & was a little tight. No! No no no no. This canopy IS 11 x 11. Very aggravating. Why there needs to be diffrent measurements and how reviewers are getting it wrong or right? I don't know. I hate returning things so this is not a good experience for me. But, with that said, it is a nice decent canopy that if you have the space for it would look nice. ... show more
