    • Overall A Good Product But With Some Design Flaws
Overall we are happy with this product. It works perfectly for us in the space we have. It looks good and seems sturdy so far. Here are a few Pros and Cons. Pros: 1. The parts are well labeled so it is easy to match them to the instructions. 2. The instructions are clear and easy to follow (note that the video skips the attachment of parts K and M7, Steps 39 and 40 in the manual). 3. The frame assembly was easy, all parts and holes matched up. 4. While it is recommended that two people assemble the product, I was able to do it by myself. 5. The finished Gazebo looks great. Cons: 1. The tools that come with the package are pretty basic. I used my own tools. 2. There were a few minor dents and bends in the parts from handling or shipping. Nothing bad enough to return. 3. Pinching the roof panels in place with screws while assembling the roof panels is a major flaw. In some cases the screws weren't long enough to hold the panels. The roof struts and sheets have mismatched holes, why not make them so they line up? 4. The thread was stripped on the end of one of the roof struts (part D) so the screw fell out. I could either epoxy it in or re-tap it for a bigger screw. I re-tapped it in case I need to disassemble. 5. Finally, the biggest disappointment is that on a rainy day we discovered several places with small leaks. So it is not completely dry under the gazebo. ... show more

There were two parts (C1) that were made bigger than they should be. Makes the whole frame off. I thought at first they might line up together to equal out, but that’s not the case. Because the two parts don’t align, screws can’t be screwed in, and two of the corner caps cannot be put on due to the sides not fitting in. Part of the roof support can not be attached to the frame due to the sides not lining up correctly. The holes to screw in the roof don’t even line up to the pre drilled holes on the sheets of metal.     • Definitely need 2 to 3 people to assemble.
The parts went together really well. It was easy to assemble if there were enough people to hold pieces in place. Would have preferred more text in the instructions as it was confusing on how some pieces were installed. Needed a better system of set screws to hold the upper pieces in place. All in all very satis fied with the gazebo. I hope it holds up for several years. ... show more

    • Top very difficult
The top is very difficult to assemble. None of the nail screw holes lineup so we ended up making our own doesn’t seem the sturdiest but we will see. The polls were very easy to assemble and the curtain same heavy duty but the hooks that hold them on there seem cheap. Tried to email the company with a few questions and got no response at all. ... show more

    • Watch the video!!! Junk don’t waste your money !!!
I bought this product because it had great reviews and easy to assemble, the book directions do not match the video, so watch the video and read the words when it has them!!!! This isn’t easy to assemble!!! If I knew it was going to be hard to put up I would of never bought it!!! Hopefully it will last the rain, wind and snow!!! So far not very happy. ... show more

    • Directions to assemble are very vague & bars came twisted & didn't line up. I'm dissatisfied
Poorly made. Not very sturdy. Twisted bars makes it extremely difficult to try and build when nothing lined up.

Very heavy duty 10 x 12 hardtop gazebo this is a very nice gazebo it was very easy to assemble well worth the money if you’re looking for a very nice hardtop gazebo this is a must have this will work on any porch or deck great for overage half of your hot tub or your patio furniture I got this for my back porch so I can put my patio furniture under it it’s got screens on each side and it also has a full cover so you can keep yourself protected from the weather or you can keep yourself protected from the mosquitoes highly recommended for anybody’s looking for a very nice quality hardtop gazebo ... show more
