The lamp is very cute and works perfectly for display but this have a critical factory issue with the leds , After 3 days some leds not working anymore in the same potency. You can see two pictures 1 turn off and 1 turn on and is like the same . The first time was very bright but after 3 days I found the issue. is it of high quality? NO What are the pros and cons of the product? The figure / LEDs Is the product worth my money? if you want to display the figure yes but if you pay for the lamp features no Do you like it and recommend it to your friends? No ... show more

I got this for my 6 year old son to use as a night light. It wasn't bright enough to project the stars clearly on his ceiling. Maybe if it had an LED light, it'd be better.

This lamp was pretty neat for about one week. Then the brightness went way down. It is difficult to know if the lamp is even on. Batteries have been changed plus it has an ac adapter for the wall, nothing seems to help this dim lamp.

This does not put out much light at all. It’s cute but doesn’t work well as a projector or night light.

    • Starts to lose brightness after a couple weeks of use
It started off bright but after a couple weeks of continuous use, it became dim. It uses light bulbs rather than LED lights so it probably won’t last for the long haul. I have a collection of video game lamps and all are running 24/7 and have stayed just as bright as day one but not this one. If the light bulbs could be replaced (not sure if they can or not, I haven’t tried prying open the casing), then I would give it a higher review. My son originally saw this on display at Target but it was too much for a spur of the moment purchase. Well, he mentioned it a few more times so it seemed like a good choice for his birthday. At 8 years old he doesn’t actually play with toys but likes things in his room. This gives off a good amount of light without being too bright. He loves the star project on the ceiling as well. Cute! Check the dimensions. This is a lot bigger than I was expecting. It’s very light weight. Bright light. Overall love it! Edit: after using only 1 evening for less than an hour, there is considerably less light coming from it. To go dim after barely using it is a bummer. I changed my rating to a 1 star. I hadn’t turned this on since I used 1 time and I turned it on today and the lights are so completely dimmed that it doesn’t light up at all anymore. I want a refund! ... show more
