First order I bought I knew something was wrong when the box felt crushed before I opened the shipping wrapper and then I heard the little pieces jingling around. As this was a Christmas present for my little brother, I immediately requested a reorder. The second one came pretty fast but I was worried because the box was a bit dented in and then I opened it and there are little knicks in the symbols. The media could not be loaded. First of all, the back was cracked in 2 places and it wasn't due to shipping (as the box it came in wasn't damaged). I'm very much disappointed with that.
