Description

The innovative and unique multi-purpose FURemover Broom can be used indoors or outdoors to remove dog fur, cat hair, and dirt from practically any surface including hardwood floors, tile, carpet, rugs, linoleum, concrete, and upholstery. The soft head is made of natural rubber that acts like a pet hair magnet and won't scratch hardwood floors. For carpet fur removal, pull the broom in short, sharp strokes to bring embedded hair to the surface of the carpet. Even expensive vacuums made specifically for pet hair can't compete with the FURemover Broom's ability to pick up embedded pet fur. Flip it over and use the all-purpose rubber squeegee side to pick up dirt and dust on hardwood floors. It cleans up spills with ease. The natural rubber of the squeegee blade prevents water spots even on glass, which is great for wiping windows, glass shower doors, and car windshields.

  • Good product
Size: 61" Telescopic Handle
This product performs exceptionally well in a domestic setting. Its assembly is straightforward, and the length is appropriate for various tasks. The bristles are effective in collecting all hair from the floor, and its size allows for comfortable control and durability.

  • Your rugs will surprise you!
Size: 58" Telescopic Handle
This is a really great tool for getting pet hair off of low-pile carpets. A light touch is all that is required, so it doesn’t wear you out. Prepare to see the design and/or color(s) of your rug in their full glory once again!! The squeegee side is also really great for cleaning your outdoor rugs or any synthetic/olefin rugs you decide to clean with a hose on a hard surface. It really gets the water out so you can see if it’s clear and also to speed up drying time. I was even able to clean a rug outdoors in a mild winter climate and have it dry fairly quickly by putting it on top of some outdoor furniture after using this tool as a squeegee. Highly recommended for durability as well. ... show more

  • Works great, needs bigger brush head.
Size: 61" Telescopic Handle
Really easy to assemble, love the height adjustment as my wife is short and im tall so that helps a lot. Its a good strength handle so you can put some pressure if needed. The brush head could be a bit bigger, ive got a good size area and it takes much longer with this size brush head. It does work really well and grabs our pet hair off of the wood tile flooring. ... show more

  • It does better than a broom with hard pressure
Size: 58" Telescopic Handle
This is the hair I gathered after I thoroughly swept my tile floors and had two piles of hair almost triple the size and then I did one round of the rubber broom and there was still more hair!! I do suggest putting a strong pressure when sweeping with this, it really gathers the pet hair effectively with the pressure, it can hurt your back though with that pressure because it’s not a super long handle. The rug photo I did nothing prior to remove hair and only used the rubber broom and had to do several different directions and pressures to get this pile of hair. A bit tiresome but I love it! It takes elbow grease but I’m very happy to have less pet hair all over my house! I probably wouldn’t even sweep first and just go in to start with only the rubber broom to not over extend myself. Definitely worth it. ... show more

  • Loosing effectiveness over time
Size: 58" Telescopic Handle
Worked great at the beginning for cats hair, picked up all hairs but stopped working unfortunately overtime and I had to throw it away. The bristles loose it’s effects unfortunately.

  • Best option for pet fur I've had
Size: 61" Telescopic Handle
Works great on hardwood floors. I got this because we have dogs and a bunch of vets recommended it online. It's fast and static clumps the hairs together super well! It does ok with a dust pan on the squeegee side, but it's probably easier to just make a pile and vacuum it quick. Awesome product!

  • To Buy Or Not To Buy???
Size: 58" Telescopic Handle
I have a very small house and lots of critters who shed profusely. I also have a standard poodle who is just a puppy (a very BIG puppy) and he loves to garden. Jake's favorite activity is to bring his trophies into the house, old grape vines, dahlia tubers, flags I use to mark where I planted specific items, he is not particular, he loves it all! Jake is a teething power house so he is constantly tracking in "stuff" to share with us. Between him and the cats I am busy sweeping or vacuuming all of the time, yet always and forever chasing dust bunnies and other detritus that floats around the house or trapped in the carpet. I have a great little vacuum cleaner but it just can't seem to lift the grit and fuzz either. And, as so many other reviewers mention, I was always left with a sense of frustration when I finished sweeping only to see nearly as much stuff on the floor as I emptied into the garbage. There were times when I was so frustrated that my carpet seemed to have lost it's luster so I would grab a grooming brush for the pets and rake the carpet. White it worked well it was hard to use such a small tool over a large area and I was afraid it would damage the nap and the fibers in the carpet. So I wished that there was a tool designed to rake the carpet but not damage it. When I saw this broom and the wonderful reviews about it I was very excited! Reviews have become an important tool that I use when I am trying to make up my mind if I want to buy an item that I can't evaluate personally. So I always spend quite a bit of time reading reviews before I buy including the negative ones and and that was true of this broom. More times than not when an item is highly rated there are usually a few reviews that are negative but unless they are specific about their complaints, and/or if their complaints are not fairly consistent with one another I don't pay much attention to them. Most of the criticism and complaints about this broom were quite consistent, without a lot of rancor and the majority of the negative reviews concerned the viability of the handle. So I decided that if the broom worked as well as the multitude of positive reviews indicated, it would be quite easy to switch out the handle with another one without spending too much money. I received my Evriholder FuRemover Broom and I was eager to give it a whirl and here's what I found. It came in a box about a third the size of a regular broom so it was not clumsy to handle when it arrived. The broom consists of two telescoping plastic (?) tubes with a plastic type ring to hold the tube in place when the broom is adjusted. Neither I or my husband could manage to get the tubes to stay connected. The third piece was the attachment for sweeping which screws onto the handle, all in all a very simple concept and design. Which made me wonder why somebody hadn't designed something like this before! It's not like space age technology. So broom together and here we go! Per reviews, the rubber head of the broom worked exceptionally well once I was able to determine which side of the broom was the most useful for a specific a purpose. My floors are carpet and laminate and as I mentioned, host a number of fuzzy critters which seem to elude the dustpan no matter how hard I try to contain them, and I sweep and vacuum daily, often two or three times a day. The broom lifted a surprising amount of grit from the carpet and captured those elusive fuzz bunnies without tearing the carpet fibers, and to my surprise it managed to do as well on the hardwood. All appears good - right? Not so fast! I found the broom awkward to use because a regular broom head is more flexible and easier to get into places, even though it leaves 2/3 of the dirt on the floor. And the plastic handle can cause quite a bit of friction and my hands burned and nearly blistered. They were sore for a week after using the broom, as was my back. It seems to me that it takes more energy to use this broom. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before the handle collapsed and I could not manage to secure it no matter how hard I tried. Arrrrgh! The broom is currently sitting in pieces in the closet until I can find a good handle for it. Considering the difference in the feel of this type of broom vs a regular broom, increased energy expenditure, awkwardness of use, and the overall unfamiliarity with this broom vs the feel of a regular broom I had to decide whether to keep it or send it back. Because the handle is the primary source of the problem and it can be replaced easily the price is reasonable, it is worth having the broom even if I do not use it exclusively. I would encourage consumers to weigh the trouble of purchasing an item that has a large potential for being less than advertised vs the time and effort to return it. One that very well might sit in the closet, rarely if ever used. To buy or not to buy is definitely the challenge regarding this broom! NOTE: On the review page off to the right side I notice that this boom is advertised as having a value of a little over $50.00 but has been marked down to the current price. This is a gross exaggeration of the brooms value. I am absolutely stunned at the lengths advertisers will go to make consumers think they are getting a great buy! Per Amazon, my purchase arrived quickly and was well packaged. Thanks to all of you folks who take the time to write thoughtful reviews. It is a valuable service we do for one another. I have come to depend on reviews to make educated shopping decisions and I hope my reviews are helpful to you too ~*~ UPDATE; As the days pass and I open the broom closet I see this Evriholder Broom lying in pieces and I kick myself mentally for buying it, especially when a broom handle is @ $12.00, I would have kicked my derriere but my legs refused to cooperate with my directive. I decided this broom just was not worth keeping so contacted Amazon and asked to return it and I followed their instructions. no postage required~*~ ... show more

  • Crazy good if used correctly.
Size: 61" Telescopic Handle
This thing is a complete gamechanger on our low to mid length carpet. It's easy to use, and if you brush in short motions, you get SO much hair that the vacuum misses. The bristles are so easy to clean out unlike vacuums that require strenuous maintenance. It seems to be built well. It can perhaps be a little tiring to use for someone who is mobility impaired, because of the sustained pressure needed to make the bristles work, but most people will be able to use it comfortably. It is very easily put together and taken apart, meaning it can very easily go in the car or tuck it away into a little corner or shelf. For some reason, our cat is completely obsessed with the smell of it right as it came out of the packaging, and began to play-kick the rods. So I would recommend that you keep it out of reach of cats, I can imagine some would attempt to eat the bristles. ... show more
