Normally leery of purchasing furniture "in a box" that I have not seen in person. But other reviews talked about this wardrobe being made of real wood and being very sturdy so I took a shot! We had a baby and needed additional storage space in our bedroom for his clothes, blankets, etc. This has turned out to be a great piece! My husband and sons assembled in about an hour and a half with standard tools you likely already have. I will say that it would be very difficult for one person to assemble alone. We purchased plastic bins that were just a bit smaller than the dimensions of the five storage shelves so that we can easily pull them out, fill them with clean laundry and slide them back in. That way, we get the use of the full space available without having things stacked toward the back that you cannot reach. It is very good quality and very sturdy. I love that this whole cabinet is real solid wood. No particalboard at all. 2 things I didn’t like were.1) there were no directions in any of the three boxes. None at all. I had to find a similar cabinet online and print some out just to get an idea of how it went together. there are no downloadable or printable directions for this Exact model. 2). The back panel should have been two different sizes but the three panels were all the same size so they didn’t fall in a seam. And I was only given one channel piece to join them together should have been 2 ... show more

The seller was very helpful assisting me when aligning the sliding doors. That was the only problem I had but it was resolved and I just love it. It's a beautiful piece of furniture and lots of storage which is why I purchased it.

It's not an exaggeration when they say this is deceiving!!! As heavy as can be but you won't realize that till you are done putting it together and need to put it in place!! Took a little longer than I'd like, about 3/4 hours but that was just one person, with help this can e wrapped in less than 2. Instructions come easy to read and all you need is in the package. Recommend using a carpet or plastic as base especially on hardwood floorsnto avoid damaging. The slats on the door could break with pressure so extra care is required, so recommend you put that in last after you put the wardrobe in its final resting place! The packaging is top notch, although word of caution...this comes in 2 separate packages and fedex does an amazing job at getting one later than the other 😁. I reached out to the seller and they were incredibly quick to revert and tell me that another package was on its way. Overall worth the investment, although the price might be a lil on the higher side on hindsight. Take one look at it and you'll forget the price!! ... show more

The seller is falsely advertising this as made with real wood. Well, in that sense even particle boards are made of real wood. This product is made of the cheapest possible plywood, where trash cuts of pine or similar soft wood are banded together by two plies of thinner veneers. The paint job puts it in a cheapo class of its own. The assembly is so laborious that once done, works as the most serious obstacle to returning it. I am just so puzzled over the reviews,...
