For the price it's great! It looks much pricier than it is and is incredibly functional. This is the first piece of furniture I've purchased for my nursery and I love it. We have a very small nursery and this is a great space saver. The biggest negative reviews complained about laborious set up and damaged pieces. My parts were all in good condition and there was extra hardware which was nice bc I did lose a screw in the process. Set up did take 5 hrs across 2 days but if you go slow and pay close attention it's not bad.

Awful customer service. Drawer face broke shortly after, asked them to send just the drawer face as I could do the repair. They didn’t respond for a month, and asked for photos and description, then asked for videos, and dragged the whole process along. Absolutely worthless. By the time they even responded, another draw was starting to brake

I really wish I could give this product at least 4 stars, but it was amazingly frustrating to put together. I bought this changing table because I liked the measurements of the drawer sizes, the number of drawers, and the overall set up and storage features of this changing table. It had minimal reviews which made me nervous, especially since the overall consensus was that it was a pain to put together, but I thought I'd give it a go. Upon opening the package a multitude of the pieces had arrived damaged. The manual says you can contact the manufacturer for new pieces if any are damaged, but considering I was 36 weeks pregnant setting this table up I didn't really feel like I had the time to do that. I will say that once the table was fully assembled the damaged parts didn't even show so it didn't really matter. The instructions were a little tricky to figure out, but more frustrating than that was the parts of the instructions that didn't make sense for how the table was weighted during assembly. During points where the table was supposed to be flipped pieces that are too heavy for the table actually came off, tearing away pieces of the pressed wood. The most frustrating part though was when I thought I had finished the table, I realized the shelf above the long drawers never got put on. I combed back through the directions just to be sure I hadn't missed a step, and sure enough, there just wasn't a step that included assembling the shelf. So I had to disassemble a good portion of the changing table to get the shelf on, naturally causing more damage to parts of the table. Now that the full table is assembled, my husband and I are very excited to use it and it seems very sturdy. But definitely head the warnings that the assembly process is not fun and highly frustrating. I did most of it by myself but there are definitely parts where this should be a 2 person job.

It’s beautiful once put together. My partner and I took turns putting it together because it was supposed to be his project but he complained about how many pieces it was lol. It wasn’t a big deal to me but he was not happy that nothing at all was pre assembled. It came as I expected it to, and it was put together in two days because one of the holes in the drawers did not get drilled out, so he had to drill it himself, so that would definitely be a problem for anyone without a drill. All in all I love it, if you asked my partner he would say buy something else that only required some assembly lol.
