The sink itself is nice, but the quality is a little cheap. The top area of the sink was bowed across the top, but was able to bend it back enough to make it less noticeable. The piping underneath is like a flimsy plastic, not pvc or strong material. It's thinner than wire loom you would find on a car. Last issue is that was that the water would not release when you press the button to drain the sink. We ended up taking that out and will use the cap that came with the sink. You can't use a garbage disposal with this sink, it will not fit, even if you buy new hardware from your local store, the sizing of the connector and hole opening are different. Besides that, it looks great and everything else on the sink works fine. Update 11/19/25 Had sink completely replaced after multiple issues.

I couldn’t be happier with this sink! I searched everywhere, and no one else had a size this large – it’s truly one of a kind. The quality is excellent for the price, and it exceeded my expectations. When a small part for the lighting didn’t work, the seller immediately sent a replacement without any hassle. It’s rare to find such caring and attentive customer service these days. I think the quality is great, indeed fantastic for the most part... I didn't use the auto drain mechanism it feels pretty flimsy so I installed a disposal BUT it requires a different basket than standard basically a 4 1/4 versus a 4 1/2 but they sell them for a couple major brands here on Amazon - bonus the strainer basket and the drain cover still fits nicely if you want to still use them The digital display is kind of silly whenever you push the sprayer button it resets it because it gets its power from the flow of water they should at least put a super capacitor in the circuit so it holds a couple seconds of juice for momentary interruptions The cutting board is raw so season it IMMEDIATELY, if you get a single drop of water on it it grows wood hair (basically from the wood fibers raising up) i've already spilled grape juice on mine also so doesn't even matter anymore 🤣🤣🤣 The sink vessel itself and the I don't know what to call it a whole brick structure is fantastic high-quality metal the only complaint is the plexiglass top - I had bought a different brand for another application that was bigger and it had a glass top BUT its cup washer section was like a plastic Lego piece that snapped in so I thought that was far more cheesy and I think this is a better design overall also the valve mechanisms looked to be actual brass whereas the other brand they were plastic housing for the piano key valves there's a big watning sticker on☹️ it as we're not supposed to keep the main water mixer valve on , and all the piano keys off for extended period so basically I always have the main spout piano key depressed so I don't forget to turn off the main mixer knob oh yeah, because I didn't use the auto drain I replaced that knob with an air switch for my garbage disposal I was able to find a gunmetal gray I can't remember exactly but there's basically two different diameters of those air switches you're gonna have to buy the smaller version one and I got some bad news you're gonna have to get a good quality step bit and clearance the hole in the sink. if you absolutely don't wanna drill I think you might be able to find a 1 inch airswitch only in brushed stainless steel that isn't gonna match and it's gonna cost you 50 bucks so that's the downside of the high-quality sink as you have to clearance that hole and be careful because there's really nothing holding that plexyglass top on until it's all sandwiched together after install and handling it too much will chip off the paint on the underside and you'll see that when the light turns on so I had to use a little black nail polish after I screwed it up a tad. stainless is an absolute nightmare to cut so think slower speed, pulses and a lot of pressure make sure you're getting some chips you can't just blast through stainless steel with high speed it'll instantly screw your bit and work harden the stainless even harder what else, yeah the soap dispenser when I filled it with Dawn detergent it kind of drips all out on your cutting board and I guess I can't imagine absolutly all the designs wouldnt do the exact same because you're filling a tube/nozxle 3 inches long with soap and it's horizontal and it's just naturally gonna drain itself the good news is if you turn it 90° it hovers directly over the center of the cup washer and it's not like you want soap oozing all over your cup washer but you're definitely gonna want to put an inverted shot glass over the cup washer anyway because as soon as you turn that thing on by accident and there's no cup over it you're gonna spray everywhere from your face up to the ceiling 🤣🤣🤣 so now, double conveniently , the shot glass bottom kind of collects the soap that oozes out I was a little disappointed because the main reason I was gonna use that was for my smoothie jar rinses but the ninja brand is large enough it doesn't fit down in but it still will rest upon the perimeter so whatever, every other glass you want to use it'll work just fine I'm certian oh and finally this is a personal choice. I modified my countertop to fit this obviously and I'm not sure where the standardization are at, and to avoid any problems in the future I went ahead and bought a second sink to put in storage so in three years or five years or 20 yearsor whatever if something goes wrong with this one I'm certainly not gonna expect to be able to find the exact same sink or control panel at least not for this price point ($270) and 26 inch small version. This way I at least have a control panel spare I don't imagine I'll have any problems with the heavy gauge metal sink ever but if it gets all scratched up eventually I can just replace the whole damn thing and have a few more years to try to source something else instead of replacing my Corian countertops but that's my OCD proclivities at play also if the plastic glass gets too nasty scratch you could probably just replace it with a piece of stainless steel and still look sharp well that's it. enjoy your purchase I'm very pleased with mine I would attach a picture but my house is a mess and I ain't showing you that and I'm just not ready to clean it quite yet! 🤣🤣🤣 😅#BachelorLife

Love the sink , but once installed, pressurised, one of the braided hoses ruptured midpoint and flooded the kitchen !!! Simply can’t trust the hoses, replaced them all with good quality trust worthy make.

Leaks all over at the hot cold selector switch. Drain stopper switch doesn’t work and no way to adjust it. All the hoses are very cheap the based lines will cut you because just bend it and the outer coating breaks. By far the worst product I have ever bought from Amazon. With no way to fix it at this point throw it away and buy locally is all I can do.
