Parts missing or not manufactured correctly

The instructions are pitiful. The center stabilizing bar that the counter attaches to was missing. One arm wasn’t manufactured with the nut capture and with the bolts being too short, you can’t secure the left support arm. I will be returning this item for a full refund. I tried to not give it any stars but the system made me pick at least one.

Product is Great but Instructions aren’t clear

The mat that came with this product isn’t the best but can easily be replaced with a folded up blanket if needed. I haven’t even tried to use the timer to review that part, I’m usually too busy watching my phone while rolling. The product is awesome and is able to hold my 200+ pound brother. I’ve only been using it for 3 days now and can feel it in my arms, back and stomach. The only real issue was the instructions, but it was extremely easy to figure out.i haven’t worked out in years and was able to use this product properly right away, which somewhat gave me a boost of confidence and motivation to keep going

Flimsy piece of junk

This piece of equipment is small, flimsy, poorly built, and takes almost no pressure off of your arms, elbows and shoulders. It does nothing that it claims to do. It also requires assembly, and is overpriced. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
