The mat that came with this product isn’t the best but can easily be replaced with a folded up blanket if needed. I haven’t even tried to use the timer to review that part, I’m usually too busy watching my phone while rolling. The product is awesome and is able to hold my 200+ pound brother. I’ve only been using it for 3 days now and can feel it in my arms, back and stomach. The only real issue was the instructions, but it was extremely easy to figure out.i haven’t worked out in years and was able to use this product properly right away, which somewhat gave me a boost of confidence and motivation to keep going ... show more

The instructions are pitiful. The center stabilizing bar that the counter attaches to was missing. One arm wasn’t manufactured with the nut capture and with the bolts being too short, you can’t secure the left support arm. I will be returning this item for a full refund.
