We purchased a chair from them and the chair sent was not the one we purchased. The chair we were provided is junk. The bottom portion will not stay up, the upper portion does not elevate to that of the one featured (and purchased) and the arms will not stay in place rather they pop out when bumped. I have sent over 10 messages to the seller who will not contact me as requested and now is saying we cant return it because we don't have 1 of the 2 original boxes. I notified them one of the boxes was not salvagable when we recieved it. There was not enough tape in the world to put the box together to be appropriate to repackage the chair upon arrival. We couldn't have even sent it back without concern the whole chair would have been ruined even if we didn't open the product the day it arrived. Integrity wise I would not have felt good knowing there product could have been damaged returning it same day in the condition it arrived. We were notified since we could not send it in one of the original boxes we could not send it back at all. Not only do we have a chair that is not functionable but we have one that we did not purchase. We were sent a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT chair then what was pictured and purchased. So disappointed in the product but even more in the customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ... show more

This chair was defective. The back does not stay up once assembled. Contacted the seller for a return label and they gave us one that required us to pay our own postage to return. They will not refund us very disappointed..

This chair is a safety risk. The head and foot rest will not stay up. It will drop down when someone sits in it. I have requested a refund and they want me to pay for shipping it back. The shipping is more than the chair. They even said the know there is an issue and want to send parts to fix it. I own a medical office you can not risk injury to someone. Do not buy this chair !!! They will not refund your money either !!! ... show more

Do not buy from this company. I was sold a defective chair. The leg rest and footrest will not lock into place. I attempted to get a refund and the company sent me a mailing label that required me to pay for shipping which was about $300. The company tried to bribe me and guilt trip me after I filed a complaint with Amazon. They said that they would go out of business if I went through with my complaint against their company. They also said that they would send me a prepaid mailing label if I drop my claim against their company. The messages that they sent me were written in broken English and incorrect sentence formation. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank in order to my money. Cosy Homestyle is a fraudulent company that sells defective items and refuses to refund your money. ... show more

The metal part slides down so the entire bottom is not able to stay up. The bed is made poorly. I’ve been trying to return the bed but the seller won’t communicate properly or refund the damaged bed it’s been back and forth with no solution. Awful experience

Extremely difficult seller to deal with, product arrived late and damaged ( motor was defective). Seller refused postage paid return. Forced to open a-z claim with amazon and a dispute with credit card to get any resolution. Total nightmare from start to finish.
