Unfortunately, I was unable to use. Perhaps its just doesn't work well with Android/Windows. I scanned the barcode to download it on my phone and it gave me a warning stating that "it may harm my device" so Decided not to download it on my phone. I then tried to download the software on my computer and I was unable to find it on the Google store. Finally i tried connecting it through Bluetooth and direct USB and it did not recognize the PIN.

I haven’t had any app issues, which is a huge plus. At this price point, it’s worth grabbing more than one if you can. Compared to other models, this one definitely stands out. The idea of a thermal printer for tattoo transfers is cool. The printer itself seems to work well, and the transfer paper (assuming you have tattoo transfer gel) works great. It's easy to setup and use and prints quickly. There are two major downside. 1) The size. You can print anything larger than 8 1/2" by 11". The print head is only 8 1/2" wide but even if you get a longer sheet of paper, it still won't work because the software won't work with it. And that leads us to 2) the software. The printer is listed as being able to be used via USB but it can't. You can connect this to a Windows PC but it doesn't recognize the device and there are no drivers anywhere for this thing. So means you have to use the mobile app and the app is a solid, meh. It functions, but not well. If you want to print anything that's not part of their default image set it needs to be saved on the device and in a line format that won't confuse the printer. I guess if you're drawing all of your tattoos on an iPad and whatever app you're drawing in allows them to be saved in an image format that this app recognizes that would work, but other than that this isn't terribly practical.

This was incredibly easy to learn how to use and to set up. It connects to an app you have to install, the instruction card makes this super fast and simple. There are a ton of settings once you are in the app to get it how you want it to look. You definitely wanna do some trial and error to figure out what settings you like but it came with extra stencils for that so you won't have to waste any. It was so easy to print and didn't jam at all. The images come out clear and perfect every time. Fully worth it to any artists, beginner and intermediate alike. Would even make a perfect gift.

I'm in love with this printer. So much so I got two in case something happens with the first. I don't do that, and it really speaks volumes about the quality of this printer. Everything transfers perfectly without becoming blotchy and unable to see the lines or details. It really qshines with shadows and a lot of close lines. Everything stays nice and crisp. It does great on shadows. I have used 3 different brands of stencil printer, and the P19 outshines them all. I'd highly recommend you buy this printer. Also, the software that comes with it is the best I've used. It will take pictures and turn them into lines and even shades and things like that, everything turns out great. And I've shrunk pics down for finger tattoos, they've come out perfect. I can't recommend this printer enough. Just spend the extra 20-40 over a cheap one and get this printer. You won't be sorry.
