Wow, my delivery was more than I expected, cared for and I did not expect them to carry it 2 flights up. I was not home each delivery but I am very pleased. Couch itself is beautiful had to make a trip to Walmart for more washer hardware only because I prefer to use it on every nuts and bolts.
